We just finished the purchase of our 2025 Keystone Couger with our salesman, Drake. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing to work with. Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. Drake was never pushy or overwhelming but helpful and respectful of my time and the process I needed to follow in order to make such a large purchase. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase for the first time or complete a trade in. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and the process was smooth - thanks Drake!
Also, Moose, in finance was very helpful and informative as well. We appreciate the plans he offered us, ensuring the protective work be done while we were onsite and closing our deal with the best rates and financing he could offer us. You cannot go wrong with these two!!!

We purchased our motorhome and they sent us on our way and the auto leveller and awning didn't work. We went back and both were fixed or they showed how to fix the error message. As to the cost, I feel they didn't disclose specific costs. When we went for closing they have a power presentation and "sell" additional warranties
They never showed us the breakdown of those costs. When I figured out three weeks later they charged us an additional $18K for these items. I wanted to cancel these as we were within the 30 days cancellation time frame. They ignored my calls to schedule time to complete the cancelation. I got that done, but they refused to credit $3995.00 for paint protection. Then a week later I found they overcharged us $4995 for a generator that should have been included in the cost. Again, they would not take/return phone calls. The manager was terrible to work with and DO NOT RECOMMEND MONTICELLO CAMPING WORLD.

Worst example of customer service I've ever seen. If you have the ability to buy a camper from a different organization I would strongly suggest you do so. Our time and our schedules were not respected during the entire process. Every expectation or promise that was made to us during this process was not met.
You are just a number on a spreadsheet to this company, you are not valued.

I recently visited Camping World in Monticello, and I have to say, the experience was top-notch. Zach, the GM, went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to listen to your needs and provide such personal attention. Thanks to Zach and the great team at Camping World, I left feeling completely satisfied. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for outstanding customer service!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience selling my camper to Camping World of Monticello. The general manager, Zach was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I was impressed by his professionalism and friendly demeanor. The service department at the Monticello location did a great job replacing my roof after helping me with the Keystone warranty process which took a year to accomplish. The roof looks better than new, and is actually stronger than it was when we bought the camper new at the Monticello location. Kim in Service was great to work with. I would recommend them for their service group.

BUYER BEWARE
**Update: 10/4/24: Unfortunately purchased a camper from this location on July 28. Still no license plate, temp tag expired 8/14 but it’s okay to drive around with expired registration per their team. Zero communication from anyone. Still no documentation from the GM or Fixed Director. Corporate’s solution was to take it back to the “service center” - the same one that has failed miserably.
**Update 08/28/24: Camping World GM and Fixed Director have both now ceased all communication, they still have not provided the thorough documentation they assured us that they would provide, and we are still dealing with mice in the camper that “allegedly” passed their inspections. Yes, living mice. Very classy company - no responses, no answers, and nothing but excuses. Stay tuned for what CW Corporate has to say.
If zero stars were an option, that's what I would give. We invested thousands of dollars in a camper, trusting this local business to fulfill their promises, but that trust was misplaced. Despite multiple employees assuring us that the pre-owned camper we purchased was thoroughly inspected and detailed, we were forced to delay our trips to clean it ourselves. The awning had clearly never been opened, the sink was filled with grimy residue, and no one had even bothered to vacuum. After such a significant investment, we expected at the very least that the camper would be clean and ready for use.
To make matters worse, three weeks after the purchase, we discovered a mouse nest in the furnace—a nest that was undoubtedly there before we bought it and would have been found if a proper inspection had been conducted. My husband took it upon himself to remove the mouse carcass, feces, and nest before returning the camper to CW for inspection and detailing on a Monday. Whether it was actually inspected or detailed, we can't say. The Service Department failed to return our calls regarding the status of our camper, and when we visited in person the following Friday, we were told they had forgotten about it, though we were assured it had been taken care of. Unfortunately, when we brought it home, it was still full of mouse feces.
The General Manager promised to provide inspection checklists and documentation explaining why the camper needed to be returned to their facility just three weeks after purchase due to the dead mouse and nest in the furnace but failed to follow through. We will never do business with this company again. The idea of our young child being in a camper contaminated with mouse feces, coupled with the company's blatant disregard for the situation through their constant excuses and/or failures to follow through on their word, is unacceptable. As local first responders and community members, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company after such a terrible experience. I’ll spare the dead mouse pictures and share one of the many areas containing mouse feces instead.

Had a wonderful experience at the Monticello location. First time camper owner, Eli and Cassie made it fun and easy. All the other staff were friendly and helpful as well. I picked up the camper on my birthday and they went above and beyond with balloons and gifts. Thank you all!
