My car broke down near Albertville, and my insurance dispatched Bob's Towing. David showed up to assist and was nothing but polite, helpful, and responsive. I did have to pay a little as the distance home was a bit beyond my insurance's policy, but David helped ensure my car was where it needed to be and that I was in a safe place as well.Although I'd prefer not to become a "repeat customer" due to vehicle failure, I would definitely use Bob's Towing if and whenever needing a tow. They were friendly and professional in my regard, no complaints, only thanks!

I've used Bob's a few times however, last night far exceeded my expectations! My wife's car got a flat on the highway, near Clearwater, and with the weather plus lack of tools, I couldn't change it myself. We called for tow and Bob's took the call. The estimated time was 90 min, so I sent my wife on home in my car. David, from Bob's towing, sent a text letting me know he'd be there in 20 minutes. David did an amazing job! He changed the tire, filled the spare with air, gave me backroad directions to avoid the highway, and gave recommendations to me on how to possibly save the flat tire. Thanks for helping us out in a pinch, guys! Can't recommend them enough!

Two young men helped us recover our car, by the time we called insurance they were there within 15mins! Got loaded fast, gave us a ride. Highly recommend!!!!

Told them the vehicle was unable to start and that the key was placed in a location where they’d have access to it when towing. Whoever they sent to tow my vehicle decided to use the lockout kit to gain access into the vehicle. Key was outside the vehicle and was communicated clearly where the key was placed. When they used the lockout kit they damaged molding on my door and smashed/dented in metal above the door.Service: Car towing

I was in a car accident on Friday night and this was the tow company called by police (was technically Saturday morning when they arrived). I was given no information on how much it was going to cost me and wasn't told that they charge you $50 daily for your car being there. By the time my boyfriend finally got the car out of their lot (3 days after the incident) the total was $680 to release the car. We tried to get it out the day before but they didn't answer the first few times and when we did get ahold of someone, they said we had to 'contact our insurance company first' and 'we are just trying to help save you money'. Contacting the insurance company didn't help and only prolonged having the car stuck there an extra day, which took more of the money we barely have. This company is a scam. I won't ever use them again.Service: Car towing

I was in a car accident and they were the tow that was called, accident happened in Friday. So Monday was the soonest I could get things handled ie. insurance etc. they kick ya when you’re down. $200 a day. Had to beg, plead and borrow to get some essentials out of the vehicle before it was released, and only those. Hope I never have to use them again! Their business motto should be let’s see how bad we can screw people when they are at their worst.
