Really enjoy my stay. The owner is great, very nice and accommodating. Clean rooms, very cozy . A/C and heater work great. I would not stay anywhere else in montevideo. I will definitely be returning.

We stayed on a Friday night recently. Had a wonderful visit with owner/operator Kyle. Turns out he had lived & worked in our home area when he was younger & we had friends in common! Super nice guy & a very nice Inn. Our room was very cute, cabin-like & comfortable. Reasonable rates too! We definitely recommend!
Walkability: Very nice restaurant across the street, good food, good value!

Stayed here last fall for a hunting trip. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Owner is a super nice guy, accommodating, and knowledgeable of the area. Will help you out with whatever you need. Would definitely stay here again. Prices are more than fair.

Rooms are clean. Water is hot. Water pressure is great. Beds are comfortable. Television selection is good. Microwave. Fridge freezer. Great value.Noteworthy details: Owner lives on site. He's great to do business with.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner Kyle- He was very friendly and also knowledable of the area- Had some great conversation before heading to my room. My room was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable. There was some nice patio furniture outside my door to sit and relax. My bathroom was huge! Thank you Kyle for a pleasant stay at your Hotel!

As promised, a lovely clean room with a friendly owner and staff. It ain't the Hilton, but it's just what I needed for a great price. Spent 4 nights there in May.Internet worked great. AC was perfect and the shower was nice. The diner across the street is superb. Montevideo has a cool little downtown scene. If you want a little upscale dining, there's a golf course restaurant with a good chef - west down the street a bit.There's a decent laundromat in town, maybe a mile. Also a WalMart and plenty of banks with ATMs.Thanks for everything, Kyle.EDITED TO ADD - That work desk in the room is super cool and now I want one in my office.

I have stayed here Monday - Thursday for the last 2 months. The owner Kyle is a great guy. Very accommodating, great service, willing to work with our insurance crew that has different times of arrival. He even was nice enough to turn the heat up in the room when I called to let him know I was running late to check in. Rooms are very clean, the side walks are cleaned off from snow and ice. Convenient place to stay has a gas station and restaurant next door. I highly recommend staying here. The beds are even comfy.

I have stayed here off and on the last 6 months while I was working in town. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. And the owner, Kyle, is extremely helpful and accommodating. He made my stays away from home much more comfortable.
