I was recently passing through on a fishing trip and had a bearing go out on my boat trailer. I limped it into their shop and was back on the road in 2 hours with a new hub assembly and a new tire. I was very pleased with the prompt service to get me back on the road and the prices were very fair. I would recommend them.

I wish they were better about prices and exploring tire options but..
This is also the 2nd time they have not put my spare back under the car after they were paid for a new tire. I know that it is a pain in the rear end.. pun intended but who's job is it supposed to be? If it's more money I'd pay it rather than having it slamming around in my hatch back again...

The lady cashier wasn't helpful or seem to know what was going on. She said one thing, the guys in the back said another and there was a huge lack of understanding or communication between the two which leads to a poorly run business!

Had emergency situation as we were traveling through town around 2:30 pm. They were very accommodating and had us rolling again in an hour and a half despite having to run and get parts. They made room for the job to get us back on the road. Highly recommend!

I came in on a Friday at 2:00 p.m.(thank goodness it wasn't 5:00 p.m.) with a tire emergency and they had me out within a half hour! Thank you so much to the desk staff and technician who helped me get on my way with my two silly girls? Inexpensive and worth every penny! My parents, brothers, in-laws, and extended family have all used them and I have never had to until today but so thankful it worked out and will buy tires from them in the future.

I have always rely on Montevideo CO-OP for buying my tires , besides of an excellent job they do the customer service is always great, for an example last time they rotate the tires on my car one of the lug nuts stripped and it got replaced by CO-OP at no extra cost to me. Definitely I'll keep my business with CO-OP of Montevideo.

I set up an appointment to get some tires changed on a trailer the guys noticed the bearings needed to get adjusted. Just did it, didn't ask, it was the right thing to do. Very happy with the service and the prices.

I had a flat and couldn't get my spare tire out. I called and asked if they could send someone to help. They sent someone and they weren't able to get the spare out either. So, they took the bad tire off, took it back to the shop, put a new tire on because the old one couldn't be fixed, came back, and put it on. I went to the office to pay and was very happy with the price being much less than I was expecting. Everyone was very friendly. I definitely will be going back.
