Cashier lady got the worse customer service attitude ever. Can't even greet us or say anything. But the person in front of us were greeted. If you're racist to us Asians just say so. We don't want to support a place like this.

This place shouldn’t even be running. The employees here are probably the most disrespectful people i’ve ever met.1. Ordered a pizza from here and after taking forever to deliver they came to my house and knocked extremely aggressively on my door, and then don’t have the manners to even say thank you or your welcome.2. Tried applying when I first moved here and when i called to follow up on my application nobody answered for minutes just for them to pick up, say “seriously?” in an awful attitude and hang up on me.3. When i tried to go in to talk about my application the employee working looked and smelled awful.4. They looked at me like i was stupid, didn’t care for their job or anything i had to say.Overall this is a terrible store with terrible employees.

My wife wanted to buy me a cup of good coffee on our way home from a veterans function. This Casey’s store hasn’t had real sugar for coffee for the past several weeks. I commented again last week as I did the week before, that perhaps they could use one of the several 4lbs bags of sugar they still had on the shelf in a small cup or dispenser. They have used the same unrealistic excuse for the past three weeks. It seems they are to lazy or inconsiderate to justify any future visits from us or our team. Fortunately there are plenty of other better managed locations that would love to sell a cup of coffee to a 30 yr veteran on Veterans Day. God bless!

Jeremy needs to be fired. I called to order a pizza at 12 and was told it was gonna be an hour, so I told him no thanks. I went in there 15 mins later and he wasn't doing anything. He didn't have any orders and was just standing there trying to get my friends attention after telling me it was gonna take an hour for my food? (Edit) went in there after being told it was gonna be an hour and 30 mins. They lied and told us they had an order of 30 pizzas and didn't. Jeremy lied yet again. Love this

Just ordered a pizza and after waiting 15min pass the time our cheese pizza was fine but the pepperoni was cold and obviously just thrown into the box. I try to call to ask about it and got no answer two times. This place is normally pretty good but was really unsatisfied this time. I won't be bothering this place on a busy night again.

Ordered pizzas for delivery through the app at 6:30pm says it will be 115 minutes I was fine with that, I ended up calling at 8:55 pm. I asked if it would be much longer on my delivery, first he says it’s not expected until 8:47 which is what the app says I didn’t ask for it at any specific time, just how long they told me it would be, I said yeah, it’s past that time. He then proceeds to tell me that he’s going to have to cancel my order because there’s nobody there to make it and that he’s there all by himself. So I’ve got hungry kids who waited over two hours for pizza to come and right before every other place closes in town. Maybe somewhere in that two hours they could have called? Being that in two hours they still hadn’t had these pizzas even started? I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how this even happens on a Saturday night at that? All I was told is that my money would be back in my account. WOW. And the point of telling me when they were “due” was for what exactly? When you knew full well that they weren’t even made and that you can’t deliver them? Hmm, yeah. Doesn’t make sense.

Always 60-90 minutes for an order, dont matter if its busy or zero customers. And expect to wait an extra 10 minutes since they wait til last minute to start on your order. And 80 minutes to get a sub????????

Very rude needs New Management skinny blonde chick curly hair where's glasses is a manager as it's very rude saw her going off on a young lady tonight and what the girl was saying has happened to me before but I didn't have to take it as far as she did I saw the manager throw the receipt in her face very very rude
