“I wanted to take the time to leave a review of O'Reilly Auto Parts in Montevideo Minnesota which I don't do very often. The right front hub went out in my 2013 Ram 3500 leaving my wife and I stranded 130 miles from home on a holiday weekend. I called O'Reilly's and spoke with Preston. They had all the parts on hand, allowed me to do the repairs in their parking lot, and Preston even loaned me his personal tools to help do the job. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the help from Preston and O'Reilly Auto Parts in Montevideo for helping me get back on the road. “It is rare when I give a review for a company I didn’t even buy from. We were looking for a pick up truck for our Mountain home that we are building in North Carolina. I found just the right truck at the dealership. I reached out and was called back by young men named Nathan. He did an excellent job and following up, and sending me videos, photos, went back the next morning to do a cold start video, and offered to do anything I needed. He was polite and kind and did an excellent job. My wife and I decided to wait until the house is complete to buy the truck , so I pivoted and traded my car for an SUV at a dealership closer to home. We live in Florida.
