Dr. Bies is one of the best pediatricians out there. She listens, is knowledgeable and so great with our daughter. She answers all our questions(no matter how big or little) and helps with all the worries. She has been our family's pediatrician for a long time and I will always recommend her!

We've had kids receive care at Wayzata Children's in Spring Park since 2011 and they are the best. All the providers are smart, engaging and caring. Highly recommend!

The receptionist at Spring Park would not transfer me to the nurses voice mail because she didn’t think she should. Our daughter has a very complicated health condition and has been a patient there since birth. It was for a simple medication change that she has been taking for years. As I looked at reviews for this location the name Jessica appeared more than once. It’s a shame when the doctors work hard to have our trust and we have a great relationship and someone who answers the phone dismantles that.

I've taken my children to Wayzata children's clinic for just years and years. I normally have a wonderful experience and I'm very happy with the doctors. The reception staff is normally nice as well.One receptionist named**** Jessica**** is condescending. But it's nothing you can put your finger on. Well today I told her we were moving and I asked for some confirmation on my son's medication refill and she was being unclear we didn't argue but I asked her clearly what I wanted to know and she went ugh and hung up on me

Phenomenal clinic! The lobby is small and comfortable and has a beautiful saltwater fish tank that my child loves to look at. All of the staff we've met are very friendly and helpful. We primarily see Dr. Bies and she is FANTASTIC!! There are small things that make a big difference at this clinic. They give you a diaper when weighing your baby, the nurses are gentle and kind with my child, appointments are never rushed, and they give helpful advice whenever I ask questions. As a parent I have always felt supported here, and I know my child is receiving quality care. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone in search of pediatric care.

Awesome clinic, we were first seen in Minnetonka and now are seen regularly in Chaska. Both offices were clean and inviting. My son particularly loves the fish tank, which makes visiting the clinic a much more positive experience for him. The doctors and medics staff are exceptional-very knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk team is always willing to help and explain options, which as a parent is extremely helpful when trying to balance family and work schedules.

Extremely poor service. I called the clinic for a sick visit and stated that my son was running a fever. The practice told me to not administer Tylenol and bring him. Given my sons high fever I requested for an appointment it was declined.When we came in after 10 mins we waited more than an hour, my son was having a fever. Patients who came later than us were called before us. The front desk asked me why I did not request for an appointment. They claim sick visits from 8am-8pm and have one nurse practitioner to attend to sick patients in cold Minnesota in the month if February.!

Love Wayzata Childrens Spring Park! We see Dr Kelly and Teresa usually! From the front to the exam room, all take great care of what kids need, are patient, listen to concerns, and follow up.

Love Wayzata Childrens Clinic. Personalized care for all of our kids. Amber Benson is awesome. We have been to their Minnetonka, Maple Grove, Chaska and Delnao locations...all are really nice. We especially love the Urgent Care options on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and late hours during the week. We would highly recommend them.
