Fabulous experience as always!!! Mariah, the store manager always provides top notch customer service. I had a battery that needed to be replaced that evidently had a bad cell and they got me in right away and took care of me so I would not have to be worried about be stranded anywhere. I drive an Escalade and my my wife drives a Lexus and we being all our business here as needed due to years of great experiences.

We take three of our cars here and couldn’t be happier. They are friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. Mariah, the store manager is the best, along with the guys on the front counter.

It's hard to find a mechanic shop that you trust, and these guys have earned it. The don't recommend services that I don't need, and they give me a heads up way before something actually breaks. This is my place.

Youngstedts in Minnetonka went above and beyond to help me get rides and towing when my car seized up and would not move. I was in the middle of a turn lane during morning rush hour. Their help and service made what could have been a difficult day so much easier! Yay to the whole team for the start to finish service!

Prompt quality service! I got a quote to replace a transmission in one of my work vans from a Transmission shop that I had done business with for over 20 years. I thought it was too high and I called Youngstedts. Their quote was much more competitive and I didn't have to wait a week and a half to get the work completed. When I picked up the van I was told that due to the transmission not needing 'programming' they reduced my price by $400! I would never have known it didn't need 'programming', but they were incredibly honest and reduced the already competitive price! Honest, fair price, great work! I won't go anywhere else!

Honesty have used this location since I was 16 (2005). They have always been quick, honest, and very reasonable. Their current team is exceptional with customer service. Treat your mechanics with respect- they are doing your dirty work!
