“I went in to the store today to exchange two bras I had purchased online during a sale a few weeks ago. I worked with Shawna who was not only incredibly kind, she was also super patient and super knowledgeable!
When the first size I tried didn't work, she figured out what the next size I should try was. Also, she brought out every single wireless bra option that there was for me because I had said I hate underwire bras...and when none of those worked, she asked if I was 100% opposed to them. I said I'd try a few and asked her what her personal favorites were because she had also previously shared that we wear the same size. So then she brought me her 2 favorites in the store for me to try on. One I absolutely hated immediately, and the other, I actually kind of liked! And the more I wore it, the more I liked it!
Eventually I asked how much it was because I wanted to buy it but was worried about spending too much, and she said that she could do an even exchange for the bras I had previously bought and honor the sale, even though the ones I was getting at the store today were not on sale!
I've never had such a great experience bra shopping before, and will absolutely go back to the Soma at Ridgedale again!! Five stars are certainly deserved!!”

Everything is in 10/10 condition you don’t have to worry about pilling old finds as I usually see at Plato’s Closet. “Always a good experience at this store.Last few times in I had Melissa as my Sales rep. She's is very passionate about her job and not pushy on Sales either. She'll give you lots of options is the only issue I have with her (jk).Staff are very knowledgeable on all clothing, condition of store is clean, well organized, and prices fair.Keep up the good work!”
“Cute but pricey little retro boutique. Cute stuff you normally wouldn't find in a brick and mortar. Staff was nice and store despite being crammed full was clean. Like a Spencer gifts but far less "Adult" stuff and incense.”
“Macy's atmosphere felt like a visit to Kmart, minus the blue light and minus the carts! Bedding Dept on-sale items were out of stock on shelfs, and no sales staff to be found. Checkout counter staff can assist finding sales items; they can lookup product status nationwide from their stores' computer. There are four (4) checkout stations on 1st floor, all have multiple queues.
HINT: Service counters can be found tucked conveniently near each corner of the building (possibly near the exit) .”
“Love the clothes. Staff is kind and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a very exact item and was informed it's only available online. In any other case this is where the conversation ends and I go online and reduce further the requirement of brick and mortars like every other consumer. Instead the sales staff politely informed me that while it's only available online, people return things online to the stores and I should check a couple places. Sure enough they had what I needed, just not the size. Doesn't matter. I bought 2 items I didn't need and left because they have great products and great staff. Nice work ladies!”
“Jody in the jewelry department was amazing! My fiancé and I have been to multiple jewelry stores looking for a ring but couldn’t find anything I was in love with. Jody took her time and helped me try on all the rings I was interested in and I found the one!! She was so kind and willing to help”
“My daughter and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Tommy Bahama when we couldn't find a good selection of clothing at the places we usually visit. Tommy Bahama provided both a great selection of clothing and good fit. We also received wonderful service the minute we walked through the door. This is my new go to place to shop.”

The quality of the clothing has also improved dramatically over last couple of years. If you're in need of help with styling the ladies at Ridgedale are very helpful.”

Always attentive if you were in the dressing room The only negative thing I can say is that I always shop petite cuz I'm short and they had a very few select items that I could choose from in the pants section but I don't blame it on the customer service. I blame it on the company in general so maybe I should give it a four star instead of a five”
“I do like Old Navy a lot. But it's really hot and cold. Hunt and peck. Sometimes I walk out of there with 3 things I absolutely love. Other times I try on 8 things and don't like any of them. Their prices are really good. I love coming to the store. I hope they continue because so many retail stores are closing. I will always continue to patronize Old Navy. Keep up the good work. ?”

“A couple of my friends and I got our homecoming dresses from here and they were so cute, we got a ton of compliments asking where we got our dresses and besides that the workers were super helpful and nice. The dresses that they have there can be accommodated to any style which was super helpful considering my friends and all have different styles. I love posh love and plan on coming back!”
“So Pacman and Pacgirl got together and had a little Pac-son. And this place is named after him! Sleepy little store over at the Ridgedale Mall out in the west suburbs of Minneapolis. It's not bad and I kind of like it but it's also expensive and it's sometimes a little awkward when you're the only one in the store and they're asking if you want to buy something and you know that you're not going to be buying anything. I bumped them from 3 to 4 because I asked Bae and she said she adores this store from when we went in here.”
