Apparently it’s ok to never pick up the phone here, and do whatever they can to avoid speaking with a customer. It’s absurd. Do yourself a favor and use a different bank.

Drive-thru is never open. Terrible customer service experience if you have to bring your kids inside just to deposit some money.

I had the absolute worst teller. She was EXTREMELY rude, slow, and made the whole experience more difficult for no reason. Her name is Sarah. I sincerely hope that management addresses her lack of customer service and training soon. What a pity.
