Cc and Jennifer Rock. I was referred to Jennifer to do a flyer for me and she brought my vision to life. I had originally was trying to use another company that just didn't see my vision. I sent it to Jennifer and I promise in less then 2 hrs I had a draft I loved with no changes needing to be made. It was perfect. Fye I'm in another state ❤️

The UPS Store Minnetonka is a great place for shipping and printing. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. They get printing done fast (same day), can help with design (thanks Jennifer) and the quality is exceptional. They are my printing and shipping GO TO!

I am so grateful for this UPS store and their team. They do beautiful work and pay attention to small details. They have even gotten on documents with me live as I edit them in canvas and are very patient with the process. I can tell their designer genuinely cares at the end product as well done and I am grateful they are nearby.

I can't say enough good about this particular shop! They're complete and pleasant and at your service with a smile! They also aren't trying to make a buck without making sure you got what you needed at a fair price.

Owner/manager and its employees were extremely curteous and helpful when I had to ship items every time. Super friendly and personable! Hence the great reviews and pleased customers, great job! This location will be the carrier of choice over other locations(and I've checked and shipped at most of them) and competitors.

One lady who is crushing it at her job at peak hours with no other support is asking for the service to be horrible. Waited for 45 minutes to print 6 pieces of paper and 2 of which were unable as the printer/knowledge of the printer was unable. Previously at the same location it was completed just fine. Ended up in the store for 1.5 hours until closing, with the end result of….. I have to come to store again tomorrow to try again. Do better scheduling during peak hours and provide enough personnel to help with more complex printing requests.

The staff at this location are over the top genuine and helpful! I stopped in to ship a few packages and make some amazon returns and they made the experience so easy. I'd opt for this location any day!
