Very speedy and affordable phone repair! Very knowledgeable staff, and they genuinely cared that I was satisfied with the repair; they even taught me something new! I hope my phone doesn't malfunction again, but if it does, I know where I will take it! I used to go to Best Buy/Geek Squad, but I'm a convert now.

I would not go here for a phone repair. I see the owner got my original review removed. YouTube is free. That is all the "repair guy" here does. Good luck catching them open at their displayed hours.

Very, very helpful. My grandson's Xbox stopped working all of a sudden. We brought it in and it was just the cord. They didn't charge us a dime. Guided us where to buy a new one. My grandson dropped his brand new iPad. Brought it to them and got a new screen and it only took 1 day. They're very friendly and prompt.

I've never had an issue with a phone before. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.I had a minor issue that was a major pain. The associates here were phenomenal. My problem was addressed, parts were ordered and it was fixed in a few hours after I dropped it off. I couldn't be happier. If I ever have an issue again, I will go straight to this store and skip dealing with my carrier.
