I was at the Minnetonka store today. Bought a bunch of stuff, including two jugs of rum and two of vodka. Cashier Scott #90053 charged me for eight bottles. It seemed high. He says “you want a receipt?” I respond “yes”. I take my cart a few steps away and examine the receipt. Quickly I see Scott double charged me on the vodka and rum to the tune of $133.19. I go back and show him. He says go to customer service. I say “that’s a pretty big mistake you made.” Greasy Scott braced himself against the register and shrugs.
So I go to customer service. The guy looks at my receipt and immediately processed my credit back. I again say, “that’s a pretty big mistake.” He says nothing. No apology, nothing. Nice customer service.
So beware. Not malicious, just pure incompetence. Keep your eye on Scott. He’ll be the greasy humpback whale sweating profusely propped against his register. And clueless if he overcharges you. When asked if you want a receipt you’d be advised to say yes, and confirm it’s what you bought.

Great selection and helpful staff. Appreciate that they will price match other local stores with proof like coupon or ad, so no need to run around seeking best deals. One stop shopping.

I'm not sure why, but it seemed one of the staff members wanted me to leave. I live a bit north of Minneapolis, but I was visiting a friend in Minnetonka and decided to go get an 8 pack. I decided to browse the wine section because it's super cool to see all the cool, expensive bottles of champagne that I've never seen. But then this guy came and kept questioning me about looking at the champagne. On the first question, I told him I was just browsing. Regardless, I went to the beer and grabbed what I needed, and then left. Another guy came, and this time, he just pointed me to the beer I was looking for and gave suggestions on similar beers to try. That guy was cool. Overall, it was a good place. It's always clean. I also like how they have Bay numbers for you to remember where you're favorite drinks are at.

A "go to" liquor store if you are looking for anything unique or specific. A one stop shop if you want to host a "Beers of the World" event. They also have lots of expertise in the wine department. You won't find a better selection anywhere.
The Carlson Parkway is a helpful access exit from HWY. 494 and the Ridgedale shopping mall exit is the best from HWY 394 or Hwy 12.
