My daughter and I had a wonderful experience shopping at Tommy Bahama when we couldn't find a good selection of clothing at the places we usually visit. Tommy Bahama provided both a great selection of clothing and good fit. We also received wonderful service the minute we walked through the door. This is my new go to place to shop.

We were very disappointed with the customer service at this location. We were looking at a shirt for my husband. A customer service, David, came over to ask if we need help. We were still deciding which design of shirt. David started to pull a long face. Suddenly, he walked away from us like he was needed urgently elsewhere. My husband tried to get David's attention to get his opinion. But, David could not be bothered to ask if the shirt works out. David was busy arranging clothes on the rack instead of attending to my husband the only customer. Could it be because I'm Asian? I don't think we'll go back to shop unless we are returning something online. I hope Tommy Bahamas work on Customer service improvement.

We went to Tommy bahama to look for a shirt for my husband. The staff, David, came over to ask if we needed help. We were deciding which design to pick, and David pulled a long face when we changed our mind for a differentdesign. Suddenly, David left us like he was needed elsewhere, and never came back to help us. My husband tried to get his attention to ask for his opinion, but he had gone to help other customers. We were like, what the heck??? We thought David wanted to help but apparently we were inconvenient to him. The only time he spoke to us was when he checked us out at the register. Was it because I'm Asian or because I was carrying a Ted Baker handbag instead of my Chanel???? I hope Tommy Bahamas' owner will look into this. We are not going to shop here again unless we are returning something that we bought online.
