“Great thrift store in Minnetonka, near Hwy 101 & 7. This time around we checked out all the puzzles, which I couldn't share all the pictures here, because Google prevents over 50 pics! There is so much glassware here, kitchen appliances, furniture like chairs, placemats, cloth napkins, and so many bigger clothing! Please come check it out! I think Monday is 55+,SENIOR DAY! DOUBLE CHECK! ENJOY MY PHOTOS!”

“Lots to shop for, clothes/shoes to tools and outdoor items. Also have Electronics and Jewelry. Friendly Staff, Good prices for the most part. Some Items can get on the spendy side, but mostly, compairalble to other similar store's. Shelve's and Isle's are pretty well kept in order and organized. Store seemed fairly clean, considering the amount of daily traffic of customer's shopping. Nice job staff. Will be back to shop soon?”

“Perfect place to shop for the unusual. Whenever I'm in the area I hit all three stores. I've bought gear motors, relays, switches, capacitors, and lots of other parts for my projects. Thomas Edison would have loved this place.

I even bought a 50 pound bale of shredded money to use as packing for my pen business. You never know what you're going to find there. Need a drop tank for a fighter jet? They had one many years ago.”

“At the old store, the workers could be snarky and rude. Not now! I think the new store is just beautiful and with a fantastic variety of so much different stuff. The new staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And the prices are great. Thank you, owners, for the improvement. Please stop in and look around, you're bound to find something.”

“Amazing selection, spacious and sensible layout for an antique store. Staff was very kind with questions and service. Prices are a bit higher, but it’s because the sellers know what gems they have!”

“I've never reviewed a thrift store before but just had to say this is the best one I've ever been to in the Twin Cities! Well organized, clean, and decent prices. Also very friendly staff!”

“Went during their tent sale and got some clothes at an extremely good price. A couple of the things I got still had tags with the original prices on it. Items were in pristine condition and getting these $58 retail value shorts for under $5 is a steal. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Good prices, good finds, occasional rare items. Always a good selection of clothes. Don't miss half off on a particular color, where I cannot pass up picking up a book or two each time shopping.”

“This is one of the best Thrift Stores in the metro area. Volunteers are helpful, merchandise is top quality and the prices are awesome! It should be on every thrift store lovers list.”

“I prefer the location in Waconia but this store offers furniture and other large home goods not available in Waconia. Aisles are wide and easy to shop and walk through. I like how the donation area is at the back but that I can also bring smaller donations in through the front. Very helpful and kind staff that are always available for questions.”

“Good selection of random used items in good to excellent condition. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Nicely organized and always clean. New items added every week. I'm sure you will find something that you want when you come !”

“A little on the pricier side as far as thrift stores go, but it’s for a good cause. There isn’t a huge selection of clothes over a women’s dress size 10, but I know they don’t really have control over that. The jewelry selection was much nicer than most thrift stores. Very clean. Best find was a Calvin Klein raincoat for $35.”

“Absolutely amazing service, was greeted right away and the man working (I didn’t catch his name) was very helpful and kind. Amazing discounts too, my mom and I talked about coming back with a pickup once she moves to her new place just to get things from here. Would very much recommend.”

“Trying on dresses with Nikolina was the highlight of my wedding dress search. Even my less vintage-inclined friends were impressed with her incredible design knowledge and the vision she cast for modifying each piece to create my own personal aesthetic. She was so fun to work with! Shopping through their selection does require some imagination, but as someone who loves envisioning possibilities, this was half of the adventure. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to create a personal and unique vintage dress or revive a historical piece with sentimental value - you won't regret taking the time to imagine with Nikolina.”

“Wonderful place to sell/shop gently used kids items. This year, due to covid-19, it was a little different... But I was so impressed how they had all the precautions in place. There's a holiday sale coming up and I trust JBF will, again, have all the saftey precautions in place for another great round of shopping!”

“I like shopping secondhand for the environment and this store was really easy to navigate. I knew exactly what it is I wanted to find that day which can sometimes require trips to multiple stores, but I lucked out here. Again, it came to great organizing for how the shop is set up. I'll definitely visit again when I need to replace a clothing item.”

“The people who work here are jut genuinely kind, sweet, and overall lovely individuals. The thrift store is exceptionally well organized and has a little of everything.I've needed to use the food bank as well and everyone there was super kind and helpful as well. They do not require a specific address or place limits or intense oversight upon what you choose to take which feels very nice. The process to become registered is pretty simple and I literally felt no judgement.Every time I've been to the thrift store or food bank has been a positive experience and I am very happy and thankful that Prism exists. Thank you for all you do to help people and for your kindness while doing so!!”

“Great home finds at great prices ? I can understand how the hours may seem frustrating to some people but please check their Facebook and website instead of relying on Google. They always post it there! And also previews of what they will have which is helpful. This place has become a staple in decorating my home ?”

“This is one of my favorite spots to thrift! They have tons of stuff coming in regularly and i seem to spend 60$ there every trip. My one complaint is the dressing rooms are no longer opened and haven't reopened resulting in either, hoping it fits or buying it and if it doesn't you then have to return it. The check out is self check out which can take a Kyle bit of time but overall it's worth the amazing deals!”

“First time at this location in Chan. Store was clean and the staff were friendly. Items were arranged well and the items were not all tossed around like some other GWs. They have a few items with tags for cheap which was a nice change”

“This is one of the largest Goodwills I have ever been to. Plenty of options in every section here, but the men’s clothing is a lot smaller than the women’s and children’s. I’m talking a few racks compared to maybe 10-13 racks over in the women’s. Most of the items are a little overpriced compared to what I’m used to at thrift stores. I found a great lamp at a reasonable price and the employees were very helpful when I asked if we could test it to see if it still worked.”

“Great goodwill bins that's bright, open and reasonably clean with ample parking. There's a whole bins shopping protocol that you get the hang of after a bit, I just watched what everyone else did! They bring out new merchandise every 20 minutes or so and they stop bringing out new stuff around 3 p.m. I live on the edge and don't wear gloves when I'm there since it's easier to tell fabric quality quickly when you can actually feel it, but some people do. Lots of people shop there, but it seems like everyone is looking for different stuff and there's plenty for all. I always leave with at least 10-15 treasures for my resale shop.”

“Easier and more organized than I thought it would be. Staff was friendly and deals were great. Was able to find a lot of nice items for a fraction of the usual retail thrift prices. There were of course some odd ducks - some guy nearly pushed me over because he wanted to be the first one to look through all the fresh bins in an entire row and another person kept trying to put her things in my car and take my items, but that's just weird people not the fault of the staff there. Would definitely go again. Beware that Apple Maps will try to take you a really roundabout way of getting there through like three parking lots rather than just down the road that it's on.”

“Love this Goodwill Thrift store! Getting here is a little wonky, but just be careful going near the cars dropping off donations. Very organized store and helpful employees.”

“This has quickly become one of the most overpriced goodwills… things are clean and organized but $22 for a used basket and $100s for furniture pieces seems much more expensive than other goodwills around.”

“Love this location! They are always so organized and have lots of donated things to fill the shelves. Friendly employees at checkout too! I'll try to post photos here. I usually come for perfumes, lotions, puzzles, and women's clothes. Clean bathrooms too! They are right near my Park Nicollet Dr appt building, so I come here often!”
