I love this shop and I’m so sad that these wonderful ladies are having to close it down. They have needlepoint and cross stitch patterns, embroidery threads from various brands, and many many accessories.

I left my completed cross stitch with them for framing options & when I picked it up the fabric was folded and creased even though I left it prepped to be be framed with no creases. Very upset they would return it to me like that.The service was not very good and felt like a nuisance with any questions. They didn't listen to me at all when I was asking about framing a finished piece. Their first comment when I showed what I was looking for was "I don't like that" which I thought was very rude. I do a lot of cross stitching and was hoping to find a specialty place I could get framing done but I'll have to continue going to my regular frame shop since they only gave me the option to frame my piece with the frame they selected, which didn't match what I asked for even remotely. I was very disappointed because I love cross stitching, I wish this was a more welcoming place.The store does have a lot of variety of threads and fabrics, so this might be a good stop if that's what you need.

Rude staff, repeatedly. They are too busy behind the desk to help customers standing in front of them. When you ask for help and nobody else is in the store, they say they are busy. Stock is impressive in terms of thread and scrim selection but patterns err overwhelmingly towards grandma cabin cutesy that some vomits on. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with these people - you can do much better online.

Greeted with a hello when arriving. Very helpful staff giving you time to browse and willing to stop whatever they are doing to help you find a chart or 2.

Unbelievable thread selection - nothing else like it around. This LNS has more of a cross stitch focus for patterns and linen, but they also have a good amount of hand painted canvases for needlepoint. They will order canvases for you. Sometimes the ladies are a little harried at the cash register. Have not used for ndlpt finishing but it is offered. They frame cross stitch. And best of all: Prices are excellent.
