Was recently at this Speedway and had one of the most exceptional experiences I've ever had at a gas station. Dean was not only super accommodating and friendly, but also clearly took pride in his work and his commitment to great customer service. It honestly made my day.

Today is Saturday may 25th and the poor lady working by herself with a bad attitud all time,some time I try to stop by I just think on that person and continue to another gas station even if is 2 miles away and is 11:20 am

I drove my car into the car wash without dents, and came out with dents. There was a lot of noise as the brushes were hitting the car, as concerned as I was the door to the car wash was shut so I stayed put. After the car wash I parked my car and looked and did not initially see any dents. It was a bright and sunny afternoon. When I got home and parked in the garage the dents were very visible with artificial lighting. Damage to the car is over $500. Speedway is not taking any responsibility. I filed a claim and it was denied.

Dean has a very nasty attitude. I went to turn in lottery and I always buy tickets back with my winners and he is aware of it because im a regular customer. Everytime I go to turn in or purchase tickets he Harrass me and give me a hard time. Last week he yelled and argued with me when I told him I'm not here to argue just want to finish my purchase and leave. He had a massive line and I didn't want others to have to wait. He then refused to sell me the tickets and called me out of my name. I informed him I will be reporting and his response was "go right ahead nothing will happen and said my name is Dean tell corporate that."

Their car wash is junk. I went through the car wash and their employee didn’t check the wash to remove a broken fishing pole and lead weight. Because of their negligence, their wash caused over six thousand dollars of damage to my car. When I tried to file a claim with their company, I was given the run around, avoided and delayed any response, which ultimately they denied the repairs. Do not use them. Awful customer service.
