We used the self wash!!! Started with the husky, went back home got the 2nd dog & washed her! SO much easier than the dogs shaking off water all over the bathroom

Very pleasant customer service rep at the cash register, greeting me when I entered and made helpful suggestions while ringing me up. They always ask if I need help carrying items out to my car (I never do) and are very respectful and kind.

Worst service ever took my pup for his last shot they didn’t want to give him the shot they put the muzzle on him and didn’t try again worst service and the vets don’t try to work with you i do not recommend going here

I never make bad reviews, and I hate to make this one because I like the store itself, it is huge and has a lot to offer, but oh boy, Maria (I’m 90% sure that’s her name) was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I could not believe how unprofessional and awful she was. I don’t even know how she works there with the way she treats customers, I was absolutely mind-blown at her behavior.

I came to purchase cat food and fish food and had a good experience ... Ashley in the aquarium dept. helped me pick out the granule type food for the fish and after checking out a very helpful young man carried two bags of cat food to my car.
