This place is awful the girls that were there were horrible everytime someone would leave the store they would gossip and talk bad about them not only that one of the employees were super rude I asked if the fitting room was open and she goes does it look like it what an awful experience the date is June 23rd 5:00 i believe there names were Emily and Kiera when I asked there names the hesitated so idk if that’s really there names but so unbelievably rude.

Worst retail store I’ve ever been into - I was here shopping and the man working asked “are you doing anything” because I was looking at something on my phone. He then said I needed to move so he could take a picture of his project. So strange, and the dressing rooms are absolutely disgusting with dust and pins laying around. I will never shop with PacSun again due to that rude employee.

This store is absolutely disgusting everytime i come in. there’s dust and lint everywhere. don’t even bother grabbing a piece of clothing from a low shelf because it will be filthy. every time i go into the dressing room there’s literally a pile of accumulated dust and lint in the corner. there’s even lint on the checkout counter. the employees are clearly very dirty and are too busy chatting with each other to ever pick up a broom or duster. they don’t even greet you when you go to the cash register. today the person checking me out didn’t even bother to pause their conversation while checking me out, couldn’t even stop for a second to say “hello”. the atmosphere in this location is terrible. if you’re able to go to a different pacsun do it, i certainly will never give this location my money again. this is my first time ever leaving a review and i wish i would’ve known you can add pictures so i could’ve shown how nasty this place is.

i’m an avid wearer of pacsun, but i just cannot stand the attitude of the people who work at this location, i walked in with no greeting and the only girl who gave me a glance was sitting behind the desk on her phone, eating chips. she gave me a glare as the only helpful girl in the store checked me out. not to mention someone tried unlocking the door to my fitting room while i was changing, without knocking or asking if someone was using it. wasn’t the only time as someone before me tried going into the fitting room and the associate literally did open the door on someone.

This store location is absolutely not worth it, came to the mall around 10am on Saturday and they were not open even if google had the store opens at 10. Waited for an hour plus till 11am and the store still wasn’t open. If the store won’t be open. Please update your times, so people don’t drive down in vain.

Enough said. This was after the feet were on the counter. Only customer in the store, didn’t say hello or ask if we needed anything. What a disgusting store.

Everyone working acts like they don't wanna be there and they are super unprofessional. Also, on multiple occasions the workers have given judgmental stares/glares. The store is always a mess and I have never had a good experience shopping here! I always want to leave the second I enter the store.

The girls working were very negative and rude. Didn't seem to be doing anything besides rolling their eyes and glaring at customers. Nobody greeted us or said hi once. Wont be returning to this store. It sucks.

There are two workers at this Pacsun that are horrible. Some d*** blond who always wears lulu lemon and some tall skinny dude who wears a lot of backwards baseball caps. The girl especially is terrible. She is rude and very unprofessional. She glares at you when you walk by and makes me feel like I'm being judged. The dude is also rude and very unhelpful too. They both act like they don't want to be there at all and like they're too good for everyone. Like if you're going to act like that, quit!! I honestly wish I could rate this store a 0/5 stars because of their poor customer service and my experiences there!

You have to be buying something for them to even acknowledge you. They don’t say hi, they don’t help, they just stare and say nothing until you put your items on the counter.
