“Westdale Floral did an AMAZING job with not only the floral arrangements I ordered for Valentine’s Day but also the CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome. Basically they called to see if we were around as the flowers would have been ruined because of the outside temperature. So on the second attempt which was now Valentine’s Day, I had given them the wrong address. They went above and beyond to clear up what was clearly a mistake on my part to assure my wife received her flowers!”

“I'm not a plant person (I like plants, but it's not fair to the plants because I forget to water them so they have very short lives at my house) - but I wanted to buy a couple plants as gifts. A friend referred me here - I can see why, it's a really cool place! Even though I knew what I wanted, I had no idea where it would be in the greenhouse. After walking in, I spotted an employee and asked them for help. I wish I'd have paid attention to their name, they were so helpful and not only showed me where to find what I was looking for and answered a few questions, they walked us over to a little cabinet that had care cards for what I was buying, to give to the recipient with basic instructions for caring for each plant.Fantastic experience and lots to choose from.”

“This is a difficult review to write because Bachman's usually does such a good job. I'm adding a star for past performance. I ordered a multi-colored rose bouquet for Valentine's Day 2024 and picked it up at the store on Valentine's Day. They were in a vase and wrapped in plastic. When I removed the plastic at home, 4 of the roses immediately fell to the side. 2 of the lighter colored roses had already begun to brown. They didn't last. These roses should have been sold or discarded 3-4 days before the day they were sold to me.”

“This place is HUGE and fun just to walk around. They have livestock that you can feed and a man-made pond with turtles. It was pretty dead when we went and the only employee I could see was inside at the registers and by the chickens. They have products for ponds as well as koi/goldfish. Not a great selection of chemicals/soils for smaller scale gardeners, and all the succulents in the outdoor area were absolutely covered in aphids. Decently reasonable pricing considering the area.”

“Otten Bros. Garden Center is quite a distance for me, but it has always been worth the drive. It has been my local go-to place for years for hard-to-find and exceptional items. They have a remarkable selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, annuals, and garden accessories – all at good prices.They have a vast selection and supply of mulches, soils, pavers, and rocks! For example, after looking at three garden centers south of the river, I found that they had the Pea Rock variety that I wanted.This fall I, like many residents, lost eight trees to Ash Borer Disease. The loss was substantial to me, as I’m very much a gardener and landscaper at heart. I bought replacement trees (some B&B) from three places, starting with who is closest to me. I bought River Birch, Northern Red Oak, redbud, maple, and Elm.I really want to give Otten Brothers applause. They drove the furthest, cost the least for delivery, were in the best shape, each tree was tied securely to a wooden flat and did the most to unload each tree where I wanted them. Much less to say, they were friendly, happy people who also gave good planting advice.For at least eight years, I’ve bought rose bushes from them each spring. They’ve had the healthiest roses and the best selection of own-root and English roses.If you are looking for garden accessories, they carry quality items that I’ve never found anyone else to carry in Minnesota. Like fountains, fountain covers, trellises, garden benches, and topiary supplies.The staff are very friendly, and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to answer a question or look for an item for me. They also host several events, like the ladies' evening coming up, with fun workshops and treats. I’m grateful to have this premium shopping experience and highly recommend them.”

“Landscaping requires over four cu yds of dark brown mulch. For ease of handling / placement bags are preferred over bulk. Purchasing over sixty bags per annum allows me to compare competitive alternatives from multiple sources. I have found Patio Town bagged mulch to be my first choice based on volume, quality, and price. Really appreciate support and input from Troy, Pat, and Arnie on many, many home improvement projects.”

“The staff at Orchids Limited are only surpassed by the amazing variety of healthy beautiful orchids and rare plants. The greenhouse is spotless and well kept. The plants are healthy and well cared for. The variety in plants and the different costs, so you can get a lovely orchid and not have to spend a fortune. I think the real strongpoint is their staff though. The staff is not only very friendly, well informed and knowledgeable, they really care about the plants and who they go to! I highly recommend Orchids Limited.”

I was really annoyed by that Lowe's employee and you totally turned my frustration around.”

We in no less than 45 minutes got 4 sets of locks identically keyed, got a mini fridge on major clearance, did some Christmas shopping, all while getting those odds and ends. Everyone we spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did all this on a Saturday afternoon no less.”

“This has been my go to place for the randomness of my job and taking care of my home. I have been to this location multiple times and have received stellar service . Whenever I stop by I'm always greeted with smiles and helpful workers. On busy days sometimes you have to be patient for for assistance . A worker told me that if you look up the item you are looking for online it actually lists which aisle and what section the item is in. This has been super helpful for when I visit. This has been great. Sometimes when they do not have the item I want in stock there's so much more on their website. I've had these delivered to my place of work and also done pick ups at the actual. It has been super h lồi.”

“Great location, great staff! I did once experience a staffer going customer to customer to give a long spiel about water heaters that were on sale. That was super annoying. And sometimes the prices are a little higher than average.”

“I have been going to this Home Depot for two years and have been satisfied after every visit. They have a wide selection of products available and if it is not in store you can have it shipped in. It is also so convenient to set a pick up, where they have everything you need ready for you! I also love the Home Depot website as it tells you which aisle and bay the product was in so I do not have to wander around the store looking for what I need! The staff here have also been super helpful meeting my needs - whether it be to cut wood, find a product, or make a key. They have been very kind and willing to work with me. This store has ample parking and dollie's and carts to help you load your vehicle!”

“At the entrance a younger man pointed me to where to look for an item for ghafari. I went to the garden center and the lady who was there told me she doesn't think they have it but there is another gentleman in the back who might know. So I went to that other gentleman was busy, he finished his work and he walked all the way inside show me where that item was. Very helpful. Easy access to Highway 494 and plenty of parking. They seemed well staffed today including a gentleman giving candies to children. In Sweden they give candies to children only on Saturdays. Maybe you should have the same philosophy here in USA. Praying and leaving was relatively fast. The place was clean and very busy for Saturday morning. Shelves and items were properly put in their respective places. I would say it was a pleasant experience.”

He had a real friendly demeanor. I thanked him for his excellent customer service. Then I went to the self checkout and had more great service. Ibrahim rang me up at the self checkout, and did it all for me! Then he put the three bags of salt that I purchased in my cart. I was floored!!
