All good! Very clean. Very secure. I've been renting a space for six months and I just signed on for a second six months. They give a 5% discount for paying the rent up front. (8% if you pay for 12 months in advance.) Although there isn't someone answering the phone 24/7, they return my calls promptly.

IF THERE WAS AN OPTION FOR ZERO STARS, THIS PLACE DESERVES IT!! HORRIBLE!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! WENT TO RENT A SPACE AND MET MIKE, WHO SHOWED ME A UNIT. I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE A PHOTO AND SHOW IT TO MY WIFE AND THAT I COULD RENT IT THE SAME DAY OR COULD COME BACK TOMORROW. MIKE ASSURED ME THAT THERE WERE PLENTY OF UNITS AVAILABLE AND TOMORROW MORNING WAS FINE. THEN I WENT THE NEXT MORNING, AND SAW A SIGN ON THE DOOR THAT STATED WILL BE BACK AT 12:30 AND HAD TWO PHONE NUMBERS. I CALLED BOTH NUMBERS REPEATEDLY AND FINALLY REACHED SOMEONE NAMED KIMBERLY WHO STATED “THAT ALL UNITS WERE RENTED. SOMEONE OBVIOUSLY DIDENT WANT TO WORK AND SADLY I WASTED MY WHOLE DAY. THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS STAFF THAT ARE UNETHICAL.

Very nice people. I found out after filling out an application that they don’t have the kind of storage I was looking for. Instead of being mad for wasting 15 minutes of their time, they went out of their way to tell me where I can find it. That’s going above and beyond!!

This place is my savior! I had a storage unit at public storage across the Street and they just scraped me over the coals. These guys are not only a better priced place, but they are extremely nice and friendly, and are always waving and helping out when they can. They also have bettet security than most and also covered drive up spots. I would highly recommend this storage facility
