I highly recommend the Naturepedic Minnetonka, MN store. When I walked in, I had been sleeping on a very firm mattress that made my bones ache. After laying on all the mattresses in the store and two visits, I choose a soft one to rest my tired bone. Unfortunately, what was comfortable for a 10-minute short rest, did not at all work for a whole night. Karna, the store manager, worked with me through several exchanges so I ended up the mattress that was right or me. Thank you, Karna!

The store owner asked me to wear a mask, which is inappropriate, particularly now that the state and city "mandates" have been removed. She then asked me if I was vaccinated, which is inappropriate, and offensive. I was out of commission for 2 years after my last vaccine which I was coerced into during nursing, and I have permanent gastrointestinal disease due to the vaccine. I am not accepting second-class citizenship for the foreseeable future because vaccines injure and kill (5,000+ have died from Covid vaccine, 4,000 disabled, and much more openvaers.com). She is anxious about the air we breathe, and that is tragic. Her desire to rule over my body is also tragic.Update: the owner left a response. The fact that she doesn't address the reality that she treats me as a second class citizen (she allows vaccinated person in without masks), reveals the truth of this situation. Every argument made (that people should vaccinate to protect those who can't vaccinate, etc., is revealed is a fraud when people such as myself who can't vaccinate, are treated this way).

The mattress and the other items that we bought from Naturepedic Organic are just awesome, and we have really been thoroughly enjoying our new bed.. I wanted to specifically mention that you should head to Karna's shop in Minneapolis, and NOT order online. She actually made our experience 1,000x better, helped us out with the delivery to another state, and when we got into issues with the delivery she helped solve all of them in a super professional manner. Not only would we recommend the company, but specifically we would recommend going to the store and dealing with Karna (the store owner).

I ordered and picked up pillows curbside today from Naturepedic. The owner, Karna was great to work with. She made the process as easy and professional. I have purchased from this Naturepedic in the past and will continue to support this business.

The mattress we bought here in November of 2018 is outstanding. Supremely comfortable, very well made, organic (no kidding around), and without fault or nuisance. If it wouldn't betray a lack of imagination I'd call it perfect. I've never slept on a bed even comparable in comfort and quality.

My partner and I are expecting our first child and want the very safest for him when he arrives. After much research online, we decided ahead of time on a Naturepedic organic crib mattress. Unfortunately, we live in a small city in Canada that does not carry any, so we chose to make a trip out of it and head to the Naturepedic Organic Mattress Gallery in Minnetonka, MN. Gina at the store was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful in helping us pick out the right mattress for us and for our budget, by sharing information and her own personal experiences. We were so impressed with the service and quality of products that we also ended up buying several other useful items. All in all it was a great experience, definitely worth the trip, and now we can rest easy knowing our little one will be using items that will not only keep him super comfortable but also physically and developmentally safe!

My sleep has been so much better having the right quality pillows. Karna at Naturepedic took the time to ask me about my sleeping style and had me try out a variety of pillows to find the perfect fit. Gone are the days of me picking a pillow up off of a store shelf and simply hoping it will be good.

my wife and i just received the custom bassinet mattress and mattress covers we ordered. they arrived far sooner than we expected and are perfect! the ladies working in the store were exceedingly helpful and didnt try to pressure us into anything like you might expect when going mattress shopping. the store was really nice and clean and we left feeling happy and completely satisfied with our decision to buy from naturepedic. will definitely be telling our friends and family about this.

I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer service!! I have many allergic reactions to what seems like everything and the wonderful sales team was/is willing to help in anyway they can to find a healthy mattress for me!!! Even directing me to a Health store to learn for myself exactly what I am allergic to! If you are looking for a trustworthy honest place to purchase a new mattress/bedding/ pillows !
