I can’t wait to trade in my car somewhere else and not deal with the service department ever again. Around 6 months ago I spoke with the new manager/gm and he promised changes were coming. I have seen little to no change I. The service department. Just awful

Loved the service and experience. Just wish they would be clearer up front about price ranges. asked for a lease between a certain monthly amount and it came out to way more than that.

I worked with Angela, she was one of the most helpful people I ever met. Flexible, honest and direct. I truly appreciated her with all of the things I had to keep track of and ask about while buying my new car.

Really great buying experience with Hani. We visited 4 other dealerships before buying with Hani. Abby in business office was great as well. They got us in and out quickly and we are very happy with our purchase.

Selecting and buying the car from Jeff was easy and pleasant. Dealing with the finance department was irritating. Signing a paper for everything I refused to buy is ridiculous.

Angela was great.she’s was really helpful and personable. Cannot say enought good about my expierence with her. Morrie’s is alway spot on with most everything .
what didn’t like is the con job at the end when I’m signing all the documents and I’m being offered all these different add on warranties, guarantees, etc I bet there were 10-15 of them offered. It ws insulting snd offensive. It was rushed, no time to think or add on later. Like, it’s like a last minute con job. Sorry to say it a wasn’t the way i wanted the sale to end.

I got an oil change here, and let me tell you, the service person, Doug, deserves a gold medal in friendliness and professionalism! He was so great, I almost wanted to invite him to Thanksgiving dinner. When my car was ready, it was raining cats and dogs, but Doug, the superhero he is, held an umbrella for me all the way to my car.
