From the first call, to the test drive and to purchase, Ryan O. was a wonderful to work with. He was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and went above and beyond our expectations. Also, Allison in financing was just as great and fun to work with as well.Our first time purchasing from Morrie's and we had an awesome experience.

Found the car I wanted after an extensive search. So the person I was assigned to was a little pushy when I went to look at the car. Which most salespeople are, but wished my needs were taken more into consideration especially since I told him the sale was a done deal, just needed a day to get things in order. Explanation of the finances was easily understood, and I found them to have a great price on my vehicle.

Cannot express enough how wonderful of an experience we had at Morrie’s Minnetonka Mazda! We worked with Jordan and he was amazing to work with! He was patient and talked through out options, compared pricing of new vs pre owned, pulled every car we asked to see and let us drive each car without making us feel like we were taking up his time. He walked us through our new cars features, took the time to explain everything offered at Morrie’s and was just a great person to work with! We definitely would recommend anyone looking for a car to visit him!

We had a wonderful salesman ( Quinn)- very happy with him, and the kind people at Morrie’s! The overall experience at the dealership however, took much longer than we expected! We sure would have enjoyed a cup of coffee, or a bit of real food! Something more could have been offered since we were there over lunch and dinner, ( 8 hours total) and spent thousands of dollars!We were only offered water- and no apologies for lots of sitting around waiting! Our time is valuable, and felt the entire process should not have taken 8 hours! ( We were ready with everything too, so what took so long?)

I’ve leased two vehicles from Morrie’s Mazda. I went back because the sales experience has been superb. Jordan, the salesperson who assisted me both times, is excellent. I told him what’s important to me in a vehicle and how much I want to pay monthly, and he was clear about my options with no pressuring whatsoever. The financing team walks through their part of the process with clarity, answering all my questions as we went along. I’ve had stressful experiences buying and leasing vehicles in the past, but Jordan and the team at Morrie’s takes the stress out of it. I feel great about my purchase.

Salesperson was excellent and made the experience good. Only think I would watch out for is finance, they deceived me in to purchasing the extended warranty and I canceled immediately the day after and now I’m still screwed paying the same amount monthly since they wouldn’t fix the paperwork before sending to the bank. Something about the whole ordeal felt very illegal and I’m gonna explore options today because no one should have to experience that. By the way they had me sitting around for almost 3 hours to cancel and I spent 5 hours there when I was purchasing yesterday. Really expected better and thought it would be resolved amicable but lord avoid the finance team here at all costs.

When you think of unethical salespeople, this is the place I think of. We were contacted by Morrie’s from an online marketing ad. I told the the salesperson (Darius) we would only be interested in doing a trade in if we got the price we were looking at for a trade-in (using the average price listed on Kelley Blue Book). Darius told us it would be ‘no problem’ and told us to come in.We drove an hour and a half to get to the dealership and were told the vehicle we wanted was sold that morning and Darius chose to not tell us, but had alternatives for us to look at. We found one that worked and decided to go forward with the purchase. Darius took the keys to our vehicle and told us to complete the application and other paperwork. He advised us to not tell the finance people that we had discussed the trade in value and he repeatedly said ‘I got you’, this will be ‘easy’ and that we’d be on our our way ‘soon’. We spent an hour and a half total at the dealership and eventually the finance manager came to us and breezed over the contract and quickly went over the trade in value, which they had taken $2500 off of what they had said they were going to do. I pointed this out and the finance manager said they weren’t close to that amount on the trade in and had no idea we had already been told the trade in was approved. This was a complete lie as we could see on his paperwork that the salesperson had written down the amount he promised for the trade in.Incredibly unethical sales process from beginning to end.

We purchased a 2024 CX 5 from Morrie’s Mazda this week. Our experience was great. Our sales person, Curt was very knowledgeable and helpful and a made the buying process very clear and straightforward. We appreciated his easy going approach. The offer of follow up assistance getting to know the features of our car is greatly appreciated.

Sales staff was perfect. We were in a bit of a hurry to pick up the vehicle and the detailers are what brings this score down. The vehicle was visibly dirty with exterior scratches and the interior was coated with a white waxy substance. With little time and being out of state we had to accept the vehicle to get back.

I am a female and a VERY motivated car buyer. I walked into Morrie's Mazda in hopes of test driving a car. No one acknowledged me for the 30 minutes that I walked around the showroom and looked at various cars. There did not appear to be any other customers in the dealership. Several people who appeared to be employees were huddled around a computer. I don't believe this dealership respects female customers. I would suggest going to a Subaru dealer for respectful service for everyone!

My salesperson Curt is the best. I cannot say enough about how he has went over and above to help me find a vehicle. I have a difficult schedule right now and Curt accommodated the craziness. As well, the rest of team was very helpful and great to work with.The vehicle had an in-vehicle network malfunction as soon as I got home. Thinking it happened when I paired my garage door opener. Curt is already on it for Monday with the service team.

Everybody was fantastic! So helpful when we hit a snag with financing. I would recommend anyone to come to Morrie’s Mazda. I have bought 4 cars from them and do all my maintenance with them. I have always had exceptional customer service and the job was always done right! Thanks to Morrie’s!!!

Last week, I leased a CX-5 CE from This dealership for $673. Initially, I agreed on a lease for 10k miles per year. However, when I reviewed the paperwork, I discovered that the dealership had changed the mileage limit to 12k without consulting me. Additionally, the finance person, Jared, had included GAP insurance without my consent. When I said I don’t want it, he insisted that the insurance was mandatory and I couldn't lease without it. Later, I researched and realized that I actually didn't need GAP insurance.I reached out to Jared to rectify the situation, but he claimed there was nothing he could do since I had already signed the lease. The entire leasing process felt rushed, and I wasn't given adequate time to read through the contract. I found Jared’s actions to be dishonest, and it seemed like they would take advantage of their customers whenever possible. Please be aware. That same car I am paying $673 monthly for is being leased $584 for. I will share this on social media to prevent others from experiencing the same situation.

First time ever in a Mazda dealership/ buying a Mazda. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and first salesperson we have ever dealt with that was NOT pushy. First time we have left a dealership feeling comfortable with our purchase and not like we were pressured into anything or squeezed for every cent. Matt helped set up the Bluetooth, the mobile app, and had us leaving with a feeling of not just being another sale.
