Great service! Had a recall on my vehicle. They picked it up and returned it fixed the same day. I did not have to leave the house. Thank you.

Getting my car to the Dealership after my Fob quit worked was a bummer - good thing I knew of a good towing service - my getting around without my car ( no loner or rental cars available ) what are your customer options? And picking up the car when it’s fixed ~ how do I get there to pink it up? Any ideas !

The service provided by them went well. The gave a time frame that the service would be completed and it was done in that time frame.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience at Morries Ford. I was arranging the purchase of a new Ford Expedition Platinum for my father from out of state, so all of our negotiations had to be done over the phone. I was lucky enough to connect with Rick when I called, and right from the start, I knew we were in good hands. I explained our situation and what we were looking for, and as luck would have it, they had the exact vehicle my father wanted on the lot.
After working out the details with Rick, we secured a fantastic price for the purchase. I emphasized to Rick that I wanted the process to be as smooth as possible for my father when he arrived to pick up the vehicle—no waiting around at the dealership. Rick assured me that the vehicle would be prepped and ready to go upon my father's arrival. He also coordinated with Tyler in finance to have all the paperwork ready.
When my father arrived, he was promptly guided to finance to sign the documents, and shortly after, he was behind the wheel of his new vehicle with Rick giving him a thorough walkthrough. My father later told me that it was the fastest and smoothest car purchase he's ever experienced. I would buy another vehicle from Morries in a heartbeat. If you do, be sure to ask for Rick—he's not just a great sales associate, but a genuinely great guy. Thank you, Rick, for making this such an easy and enjoyable experience!

They did a great job installing the cam phasers, but reassembly of the truck did not go so well I left there and 15 miles later had a check engine light. I brought it back to them and they diagnosed it and said it was a crank case pressure sensor, which I had them replaced for another $140 on top of the $4200 to put in the camp phasers. Then I picked up the truck again from them and drove it another 15 miles and the check engine light came on again and then I scanned it with my own scan tool and it was still a crank case pressure problem. Tried to reach out to the Service writer to get this problem addressed, and they have been not real responsive. I’m really not sure what to do if I should call the service manager?? But for sure, not the greatest experience to get one problem fixed and leave with another!!! ?

Still not yet resolved as of July 25th. My car still shakes going down the road, and still have a damaged wheel.
On June 4, 2024, I brought four new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) size tires to Moories Tomah Ford Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to be mounted and balanced on my 2015 GMC Acadia Denali. Upon completion of the service, I observed damage to the chrome cladding of one of the wheels that was not present prior to the work being performed. Additionally, during a subsequent test drive at interstate speeds, I experienced significant vibration between 60 and 70 miles per hour.
I returned to the dealership the following day, June 5, 2024, to address these concerns. The Moories representative informed me that they have a technician who can repair the damaged chrome cladding and that he would contact me to schedule an appointment for the repair. Subsequently, Moories took my vehicle back into their workshop to investigate the cause of the vibrations at the specified speeds. The representative demonstrated the machines and tools used for dismounting, mounting, and balancing the wheels. However, I observed that they did not employ appropriate balancing tools, such as a pinplate, etc, and technique to balance chrome clad wheels properly and safely. In a previous conversation with the representative, I had mentioned the vibration issue I was experiencing. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that one of the four newly installed tires was defective (out of round) and required replacement. Surprisingly, this defective tire had gone unnoticed during the initial tire mounting and balancing service. Subsequently, I scheduled an appointment for June 11, 2024, to have the replacement tire installed. During this appointment, I inquired about the status of the damaged wheel repair. The representative informed me that he had not yet received an update from the individual responsible for such repairs. I suggested the possibility of combining the chrome clad repair, tire replacement, and balancing services into a single appointment. However, the representative assured me that removing the wheel from the vehicle would not be necessary for the chrome clad repair. This raised a question in my mind regarding the balancing procedure after the repair. I decided to defer this discussion until the repair appointment. So they went ahead and mounted the replacement tire on the wheel and they rebalanced it. The representative still hasn’t any information at this point for the wheel repair appointment. I paid for the mount and balance of the replacement tire and took it for a test drive. Although the vibration was less than before, I still have unacceptable vehicle vibration at interstate speeds that I don’t think I should have with new mounted and balanced tires. I firmly believe I have this vibration because of improper balancing of chrome clad wheels. The representative said this is how they balance all wheels and that having a pin plate and proper balancing tools for balancing chrome clad wheels wasn’t even a thing. I have done internet researches that say otherwise, and that specific tools and techniques are required to accurately and safely mount balance tires on chrome clad wheels . All quality balance manufacturers have clad wheel packages to recommend along with standard cone mounting. To neglect to use proper wheel tooling to customers for centering clad wheels can lead to incorrect wheel balance mounting, incorrect balancing and possible wheel damage. Personally I think the majority of the chrome cladding damage on the wheel happened by someone trying to pry the chrome cladding off as if it were a removable hubcap. At this moment, I’ve spent over $180 in service fees, and I have a damaged chrome clad wheel as a result of having my vehicle repaired at Moorie’s in Tomah.
I’m an unhappy customer. James Mlsna.
