After our Hyundai was stolen, we did our research and landed on purchasing a pre-owned Subaru. While we usually work with Luther, we were brought to Morrie's because Luther didn't have any inventory that we were interested in at that time. We were only planning on looking, not planning on purchasing that day. As soon as we stepped into the dealership, Nathan approached us and was very friendly, easy to talk to, sympathized and connected with us as we told him we were there researching a replacement for our stolen car. He listened to our needs and wants and suggested we look at an Outback (we were looking at Foresters and they didn't have any in their inventory). Nathan really sold us on the car and we fell in love with it. Here is where our good experience ended. After committing to the car, Nathan left us with financing, never to return again. To be fair, he did tell us he had a meeting with another couple but when we saw him in the dealership later, he didn't even acknowledge us. The financing guy was very pushy about upselling their extended warranties and other in-house packages. When we politely declined, he was extremely condescending towards us and made snide remarks. After the purchase went through, we never dealt with him again. The car had several areas where the paint was chipped and we talked with Nathan about having them touched up and he asked his manager, Kat, who agreed to have them taken care of. We worked Kat as we had to bring it in at a later date when their paint guy was there. She was also very friendly and helpful. The paint guy missed a few spots and Kat said she would order a paint pen for us if we were ok with touching up on our own. We agreed. After a week of no update on the paint pen, we stopped in to check on the status and also because we were having trouble with car play connecting. Nathan didn't even acknowledge us and acted like he had never seen us before. The feeling we got was that he couldn't be bothered to help us with the car he sold us. Kat said she would check on the paint pen. Several months passed and we had a question about the car's tires (we did go over all the records left in the car and didn't find the info we needed) and also inquired about the paint pen. This time, we never even received a response (this was 2 months ago). Never have we had "used car salesman" vibes more than at Morrie's. I give them a lot of credit for making the sale but that is all. They fell short in all other aspects. We will never return to a Morrie's dealership for a car purchase or service and highly suggest that you stay away from them if you would like good care and follow up. Purchasing a car is a big deal. It's one of the biggest purchases people make outside of homes. I know that as a Realtor, customer service and follow up are incredibly important to me. We get the same "used car salesman" reputation and I have spent my career making sure my clients never have that feeling. While we do love the car, the entire experience is tainted by the poor experience we had at Morrie's. To say that I regret not waiting on inventory at Luther and working with their sales reps who have been fantastic and appreciative of our business is an understatement. If I could give zero stars I would.

Have always had the servicing of my Outback done at Morrie’s and they never disappoint me—they do a thorough job of checking everything so I feel confident that I will not have car problems!

I made an appointment for a basic oil change. I waited over 2 hours for my vehicle to be done. It should never take this long, especially if there is a scheduled appointment!Bob at the service counter was very pleasant! He made my entire experience better. He took time to talk to me and explain things. He has great customer service skills and I will be requesting him to help me in the future!

Love my Subaru. From the moment I stepped inside dealership they were very welcoming. My salesman Paul was outstanding. Explain everything in detail. Took his time with us. Would highly recommend this dealership.

For the most part good service, however I’ve had to go in 3 separate times for an AC issue and they won’t admit fault. While they’ve comped the service the second two times, they say it’s because of an issue I didn’t notice. But when you’re bringing your car in every 6 months, why would I have to worry that my refrigerant was low? Losing a bit of trust here. They made it right, but now I’m wondering if they’re really taking proper care of the car.

The mechanics did a good job on my Subaru. I had a booklet mailed to me &I had it in the car. When paying for the oil change the $12.00 credit was never mentioned so i was charged $85.00 I called when I got home but I was told it was to late to receive the credit.I find this very disappointing. In retrospect, I feel that I should have been asked at the time of payment if I had any discount coupons. Of course, I would have said YES! I simply forgot I had it with me & forgot to present it.

Overall service on my Subaru was excellent and completed in a timely manner! Also my service rep, Coralee, was very friendly and professional in our interactions.

When I made the appointment in response to the mailer I got about the multi point inspection I was told tire rotation was included at no charge. When I brought the car in there was going to be a charge so I passed. I had the oil change and multipoint check. The multi point check recommended the brake fluid replacement and replace spark plugs. The price quoted was $950. I’m pretty sure I can get those done by a reliable mechanic for a lot less. Not very impressed.

I bought my Subaru from Morrie’s in 2018 and have used their service center for car maintenance, even after guarantee period. They have their system down. They are efficient and cost effective. I have been very happy with my car and service.

I had a terrible experience….they gave me an estimate of $4400 to replace an exhaust manifold and a sensor for a 2012 outback and then never cleared the codes. Car was driving perfectly normally.I took it elsewhere for a second estimate and was told the most I would need to do would be an oxygen sensor (cost of $450) but only if the engine lights came back on (because they cleared the codes). So far it’s been a week of driving with no check engine lights on and no issues.I do NOT trust this dealership!

The service was great. I would say that when I walked in there were five people behind the desk, they all looked up when I walked in, and looked back down to their computers. I waited at least five minutes at drop off and pick up for someone to even acknowledge me. A simple “hello someone will be right with you” would have gone a long way.Service: Oil change

Price quoted over phone for 4 wheel alignment was lower than at shop when writing up work order. Appointment was somewhat pointless. Upon check-in, four hour finish time was conveyed. Really?!? What was the point of the appointment?Service: Wheel alignment

Easy drop off of car. The loaner was ready and we were in and out within 15 minutes. Pick up was as easy.Was able to schedule time with Janette when we picked up the car. Great customer service and really appreciate the time Janette spent with us showing us the features of the car and how to set up everything.

Great experience getting our tire replaced yesterday after we found some damage to only 1 tire. Worked with Noah an associate at the desk in the service area and he is super friendly, helpful, and was very knowledgeable and efficient. We only ever go to this Subaru even though we live much closer to a Brooklyn Park subaru dealership. We always experience excellent customer service here and have only gotten high quality work done from the service dept. here.
