I had the company send a repairman to come over and fix a broken seam on my upholstered loveseat. The repair man did a great job. However, afterwords, when I tried to have Ken's Upholstery work with me on a warranty claim for my loveseat, the company absolutely refused to help me. I would not recommend this company.
