So, I recently had the pleasure of working with Ethan from State Farm, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I inquired about coverage options, their team was incredibly responsive and helpful in explaining different policies in detail, while making sure I understood the benefits and cost associated with each one. I don’t normally write reviews, but I highly Ethan and his team at State Farm to anyone looking for a comprehensive insurance coverage and excellent customer service.

I recently looked into ways to save money and read that it’s a good idea to compare insurance rates. Since I’ve been with my company for 28 years, I thought I’d try. I stumbled into some insurance aggregator and got inundated and overwhelmed with emails. Being introverted, I chose to hide from them all. Over time, they started to fade. But this one dude, Peter, kept hanging on. And his messages just got more charming. And then one had a rhino in it. It was hilarious. I crawled out of my shell and replied “You win. Call me tomorrow.” He did, and he’s a lovely young man. He saved me almost $100/month on my car insurance and I will be bundling with him next year when I can. It’s actually a no-brainer, but Peter’s method did the trick for getting me off my duff to save some dough. Thanks, Peter.

I have been apprehensive about finding a new insurance company due to a lack of understanding about how switching policies works, especially with homeowner’s insurance. So I put it off, even though I knew I was paying too much for both home and auto, month after month. That all changed today within minutes when I spoke with Joe Breen from State Farm. He made the process so simple while saving me hundreds of dollars at the same time! He was patient and kind, and I now have a better policy at a fraction of the cost. Thanks Joe!

Fast, easy, done. I happened on this agency, I’m specifically working with Ethan O., and I am so grateful. I had left my previous insurers because I was paying way too much, my policy covered the bare minimum, and I just didn’t feel like I had the support; everything encouraged to be completed through the app.
I loved how not only did Ethan take the time to help me pick the best policy, but also it was so quick to get the quote, in fact just in time for T-ball. Now, I have a policy that costs half the price then my old one AND it covers more! I would absolutely recommend!

I enjoyed meeting your Account Manager, Ethan Osborne, a few days ago. I was looking at replacing my current homeowners insurance company and Ethan was able to explain the coverages State Farm offers which are more cost effective than the insurance company I have had for many years. Ethan has a great personality, was a good listener and very thorough in explaining the coverages and costs which made me feel confident to transition my auto and homeowners insurance needs State Farm.
