In the process, a stone on my ring was scratched and the representative graciously offered to replace it which we accepted. But when it was returned to me, the very unique custom finishing had been polished off the ring in the process.Ashley worked with me to replace the original rhodium and matte finish which gave the ring it's very distinctive appearance. It required several steps in the process, and Ashley could not have been more patient and helpful. I now have my beautiful ring back which I am very happy with and also grateful for the exceptional customer service received throughout the process from Ashley who was committed to my complete satisfaction with the ring.Shane companies is the only place we go when we are seeking any type of jewelry or gemstones, and we give them our enthusiastic recommendation as the highest quality company with high quality products and staff!”
