I came to deposit two checksOne husband paycheck and other is check from our second checking account Usbank.They refused to deposit because I am wife and do not have the right to deposit husband signed checkAnd the other check did not have first name. They ask for driver license and this did not help too .Seems like people, who work in this bank don’t need customers and their money too. Question, why this location still exists?

Will scream your card detail in a packed lobby because they think you have 'attitude" When you confront them about it, they'll gaslight you into it not being a big deal. Complain to corporate? They'll tell you that it's in fact policy to expose customer account details in a lobby full of people over speaker phone. Keep complaining? They'll wait until the end of the month and illegally close your bank account without notice so you have no access to your money to pay bills! I'd rather bank with a bum under a bridge.

Staff is nice enough, but I otherwise this bank sucks. I thought the bar was low with TCF, but Huntington is proving to be no better, aside from their mobile app. Moving my accounts to another bank after 20 years. Try a nice credit union instead.

I just had to make a cash deposit. They were extremely friendly, and super helpful! My account updated immediately, and they confirmed which account to put it into prior to submitting. I would recommend this branch!

Website clearly states you can go to any Huntington location and ask for a voided check. Went here and they said they don't print voided checks. Staff is nice, but this was super inconvenient and a waste of time. Website needs to be updated.

The Ridgedale branch staff are all great. Everything I've needed (deposits, teller checks, questions about my account, notary service) they've gone above and beyond. I've tried other branches around the metro, none compare to here.

Nothing but issues with Huntington. They will hold your money hostage for mistakes on their end. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

took me three times to close my personal and business accounts here.as a security professional, i couldn't help but point out the obvious risk of having glass office walls facing a waiting area. any bystander could easily see the keystrokes and details of everything that was on the screen of the banker.when i shared my concern on the way out, the teller told me that the screen privacy filter they have available makes it "difficult" for the banker to see the screen so she doesn't use it.i'm glad i don't bank at a place that places the comfort of their employees over the banking security (and health) of their customers. they also don't enforce a mask policy.
