Let me tell you about my story of exceptional service. I’ve always enjoyed a good Hammer Made shirt but Gerry from the Ridgedale Store took service to another level. I bought a few new shirts for an upcoming Vegas weekend and one of the shirts I wanted was in the warehouse. He suggested shipping it out and I shared I was taking a flight the next morning.This is where he blew my mind!!He asked me if he could drop it off later that night.I asked confused, “To the Store?” “No”, he said, “I’ll just drop it off at your house on my way home tonight”.Well he did just that. Literally front door service for a great Hammer Made shirt.Gerry…. Thank you! Your service blew me away and I sincerely appreciate a young man doing a fine job. Definitely went above and beyond. 5 stars for excellent service by stylist Jerry! I came here to shop for my man for Father's Day. As usual I had procrastinated til the night before, and I came in shortly before closing time. I was fully expecting the sales associate to be miffed and snippy, or at the very least to rush, but Jerry was helpful, friendly, chill, and knowledgeable the entire time. He even made sure the gift was packaged nicely in a gift box and went over how to come back to get the belt sized. Beautiful, quality garments. A plus plus plus service!

Service was good here, but the selection for my slim son was pretty picked over. If you are looking for a shirt for a special occasion and your timing is sooner rather than later, you might have a hard time finding a shirt.

Yesterday I walked into Hammer Made in Ridgedale looking for a Father's Day gift for my boyfriend. Upon entering the store, I was excited to see the fun and unique clothing items they sold for men. I immediately picked out a few dress socks and a T shirt. Upon my checkout, I discussed with Ashley the concept of my gift and she was caring and compassionate. She wrapped my gift with care and made the whole experience special. I noticed they do a subscription based service as well, so I went ahead and signed up for that and told her how I want it to be shipped directly to my boyfriends house. She was able to swiftly navigate my request and got all the vital pieces of information. Ashley was a true pleasure to work with and I look forward to my boyfriend receiving his first curated subscription box from Hammer Made.

Ask for Joseph or any sales rep there. Super helpful and great shirts! Quality is good, feel is awesome and fit looks great depending on any body style. Highly recommend the brand and it's worth every penny!

I stopped in the Ridgedale location for the first time tonight. I haven't loved a store so much in a long time. It's probably the only place I'll buy clothing going forward. I've wasted too much time over the last month searching endlessly for decent men's clothing with real style, fit, and quality of construction. Everything I've found in other stores was nothing more than poorly-cut flashy trash at high-end retail prices. Hammer Made is a game changer for me. The fabric, tailoring, & style of these shirts has to be experienced to be believed. It's been a long time since I've had to restrain myself in a clothing store. I saw something I wanted in every direction I looked, and that's beyond rare. I also love that only so many of each type of shirt is made. I know I won't see everyone else wearing the same thing. It also brings back the thrill of regular hunting for that special item - something completely lost in your typical, always-available, and horribly overpriced department store. I thought clothing this accessible & this good was just dead. Especially at these prices. I really can't say enough about the prices for clothing of this quality. I won't call out any particular brands or retailers -BUT- if you go somewhere else, you're probably getting ripped off. That being said, be careful. It's easy to want pretty much everything in this store.

I am not a suit and tie guy, more working class dresser but I figured I needed some nicer shirts in my arsenal. Told the counter person what I wanted and what price point I was looking at, she got me through it and was amazingly helpful. Shirt material is fantastic, breathes well and, most importantly, stretches a bit around my arms and shoulders.
