General Experts were EXPERT at handling my move. I had a complicated job involving a tightly-packed POD, an apartment building with no parking, and a 2nd floor storage space without large truck access. The job also required rescheduling due to the refusal of the occupying tenant to vacate the apartment I was trying to move into. They were able to reschedule at the perfect time. Strongly recommended.

Excellent communication. We ended up not using them, because of our uncertain timeline, but I appreciate their professional and thorough approach when giving us a quote for our long-distance move.

I highly recommend this company. They have helped us with two moves. First, moving my parents from their house of 53 years to a senior living apartment. Second, a move from that apartment to assisted living. In both cases, they packed as well as moved.There is good communication all around within their team and between members and clients. They are very careful with packing and delivering your possession safely.They lower the stress and anxiety for what can be a disruptive change.

This is by far the best moving company I have ever used! From start to finish, they were knowledgable, organized, and professional to work with. On the day of our move, they arrived exactly on-time and did everything they could to make things as easy as possible for us. They handled our furniture/items with care and expertise and there was literally not a scratch on anything, anywhere. The best part- the team was really personable and friendly! I'll definitely only be using General Expert in the future, and I'll be recommending them to others!

This was the second time that I've hired General Expert Moving Service, and they were even better than the first move! The crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly hard workers. I always highly recommend these folks to anyone looking to hire movers. Yes, you can find cheaper services, but you won't find anyone better. When it comes to moving my stuff, I want a team that I can trust, is efficient, and actually cares about what they're doing. General Expert is my go-to moving service.

Fantastic moving company! My mom hired them for her move from Richfield to Eau Claire and it couldn't have gone any better! The guys were friendly, punctual, and professional. I then hired them shortly after. I'll be using them again on future moves! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend these gentleman for any of your moving needs. They are now number 1 on my list! The follow up when they missed my call throughout my short notice move was nothing short of phenomenal. The professional, courteous and timely communication was awesome. Timely, courteous, friendly, professional. We had three large truck loads. The crew worked tirelessly to load and unload which included disassembling and assembling and putting things in their proper place at our new house. They were very accommodating in working with us concerning the changes in our house closing date and time. Also appreciated that on the day of the move, Michael informed us of the exact time they would arrive.
