This was my first trip to a Games by James store the puzzle selection was wonderful. The staff was amazing a big shout out to Steven for holding the puzzle for me and to William plus Anthony helping me get home via Google maps.
Great service overall I will be back.

My 10 year and 6 yr old boys collect puzzles and brain games. Since we like the one in Mall of America, my boys decided to stop by this place. The employee was constantly circling only us not others as if we were a thief. In the billing we were waiting for a long time, since they were chatting with the other customer who was done with the billing.
Will never stop by this place again.
My question to them would you treat the caucasians same way ?

Oh my goodness! Josh is FANTASTIC! So patient and knowledgeable about what he’s talking about. He asked me and my partner multiple questions about what games we liked/what we were looking for, gave us plenty of options and thoroughly explained each of them, and made sure we left satisfied! Can’t wait to try our new game “Gloom!” Thank you so much, Josh!

Super helpful attendants. Lots of options for board games, miniatures and the like. It has magic/pokemon cards.

Knowledgeable staff and lots of variety.Went in to browse and found a couple fun nerdy games. Also didn't know Arkham Horror was a 1-4 player game and that there is a card game version!

For those that don't have electricity or simply choose the life of yore - this place has an excellent selection of games and stuff to do during power outages! Really cool and quite retro at this point.

Fun experience here. Toys that'll take you back to your childhood and introduce you to new items you'll enjoy as an adult. Staff are warm and willing to show/help/talk about your needs. A table with a puzzle on it, staff asking if you'd want to enjoy it, lets me know the store encourages community (its like your local comic book store in a modern mall) Puzzles from ceiling to floor, can't run out of options there. You also can get your playing card hobby started here, large selection behind the cash register. You can get lost here at any age. I'm coming back for more
