Been going to this shop for years. Something has changed, certainly the staff. Unfriendly during reservation (don’t have a crystal ball to tell you what will happen in the next 2 hours, I was told. Really?) service itself was ok until I got my car back full of black grease on the door panels, handle, steering wheel. Never seen this lack of attention to detail at this shop. I am being generous with the 3 stars. Please Improve or I will never come back.

The service is good, never had any issues. They are quick and know what they are doing. You can just buy tires or you can also have them put on there. There are places to sit if you need to wait and it's in a small mall. The prices are good and there is always some type of sale. I definitely recommend.

I have been getting tires and wheels for our cars from Discount tire for several years. They include free rotations and do a good job scheduling and getting the work done well and being respectful of my time. I have found prices compatible with other places and they'll match.
If only they would do oil changes, it would take away 90% of the reason for going to another service station. If someone from DT is reading, please consider!

Granted, it’s a “he said, they said” situation where my auto shop told me the last place to put on my tires didn’t tighten down the lug nuts enough, causing damage to the studs and lug nuts and causing damage to my wheel, in this situation discount tire-Minnetonka was the place to not tighten them down enough causing me to have double to triple the cost of the tire change, I have never had any issues at the Eagan location though, so I will not be back to Minnetonka or utilize them in the future.

I don't know how they do it, but they always have time to look at my tires, and always know what to do to fix any issues. Good prices on tires and wheels, easy online shopping options and coordination between the online order and the appointment at the local shop Can't say enough good things about my local Discount Tire!

My wife is around construction sites a lot for work. Always getting punctures. These guys fix it free every time. Are polite, fast, and thorough. Also good deals and quick friendly service when we need new tires. I'll never go anywhere else. Very much recommend these folks.
