Always understaffed and/or no sense of urgency. The line is always around the aisle 10 people deep

They are nice & helpful when you actually get in front of them BUT you have to wait in line a minimum of 20 minutes, usually closer to 40 mins to pick up your script. It seems like they never have enough people working and the line is always down the aisle

The wait line was short. Friendly cashier who was very efficient.
