I was dreading the process of exploring ergonomic adjustments and products into my workspace for many reasons. Some related to me but most for fear i would be fending off a prohibitvely expensive set of recommendations. Instead i found myself in one of the most positive shopping/exploration experiences ever. Jim Corwin was absolutely fantastic to work with! He combines outstanding competence with genuine caring to create a warm, laid back, low pressure sales experience. The recommended products have made an immediate difference in my workspace and pain free extended work sessions.

I made an appointment last week, met with Andy and he went above and beyond for me. I spoke to him about how I know that you "get what you pay for". I had a quote from Andy the following day and I took the weekend to think about it, and email him questions. I received a lengthy email back monday morning answering all my questions in detail. I places my order and 30 min later it was delivered to my home, (I didn't have anything special ordered so they were able to bring my chair and new desk right away. They were all very friendly and listened to what I was looking for and didn't push me into something that I didn't need just to make more money. And the warranty they have on their items is way better than any other store I've looked into. I plan on returning to buy more items for my new office.

The chairs here are not inexpensive, but they will be the best chairs you ever buy. It's quality and value here not cost effectiveness. That being said, I won't have to worry about replacing a chair for many years. That alone is a great value for me.

I went into the store without making an appointment hoping to find a home office chair using my UnitedHealth Group employee discount. The selection was great, but the sole staff person did not come out of his office to help me. I ended up purchasing a Herman Miller chair from a competitor instead.

CSI Ergonomics is a great business to work with. Our representative, Andy is always so incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient and the products they offer are awesome! We have their sit-stands for everyone in the office and just love them!

My company used csiergonimics to install a standing desk. I was very impressed with their customer service when I needed a repair, I got a response the next morning and it was fixed very quickly. Amazing!

Unexpected treasure. Finally an office chair that will fit a person who is under 5'4". Love the work station options, will consider. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cost of the chair was less than I expected.

All things ergonomic, and you can see, hear, sit, touch, smell and otherwise experience it, from sit-stand desks and zillion degree of freedom chairs to keyboards and mice. Targeted at corporate market (as opposed to retail) they still welcome individual buyers. Expensive, but you get you money worth.

An absolutely top notch customer service experience. I directly contacted them and was responded to within an hour and question after question was answered for me. In the end they helped me great a great deal on a Swopper Air chair and it was ordered and delivered within 1 week. Just all around superb. Can't go wrong with CSI Ergonomics!

Purchased the Ergotron WorkFit-T Workstation from CSI Ergonomics last month. Issues arose in shipping this product through no fault of CSI Ergonomics, but their staff kept right on top of things until I received it yesterday. This is my second day of using this workstation and it is NO LESS than awesome. I compared prices online for this product and CSI Ergonomics could not be beat....and free shipping to boot. I will order again from this company.....maybe the Dual Monitor Kit in the future.
