I cannot say enough good things about Lisa and her team. They are the best in their profession. I've purchased several properties and worked with a few different mortgage lenders. I have purchased two homes in the past four years with the help of Lisa and her team. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were knowledgeable, creative, and very helpful through the whole process.My first purchase was set to close less than a month after the COVID Stay-at-Home orders were announced. A close that should have been straight forward became very tricky with banks tightening up on jumbo loans and validating my income which was partially tied to short term rentals. Lisa and Jenny helped me to navigate the changing requirements and we closed ON TIME!Prior to my second purchase, I met with Lisa to explore what I would qualify for and what changes financially I would need to make prior to a purchase. I was expecting her to tell me to come back in a year after I had done a, b, and c. I was blown away when Lisa immediately grasped all of the complicated variables we were working with and laid out a path that could meet my goals immediately. 90 days later I had found and closed on the perfect home.

Lisa and her team were really a pleasure to work with. We met several people (all very smart and capable) along the way but when I had a pressing question, I called Lisa and she picked right up to help. Lisa sends videos to help understand what step is next and there was a weekly email that showed what step we were on all of the way up until closing. I didn't need the videos but I wish that my lender had had those the first time I bought a home. We got checkins pre and post closing to make sure everything was as expected. I hope to stay in my home for a long time but will be working with them when it is time to buy or refinance again.

The Wells team was phenomenal in every respect. They were on the ball, knowledgeable, helpful, kind. The process of working with them was easy because they made everything so clear. Lisa would check in on me every few weeks just to make sure everything was going well and they had an online platform that was super helpful to keep track of where we were in the process and what tasks needed to be completed. I would trust Lisa and her team with my mortgage any day. 100% strongest recommendation possible!

As first time homebuyers, we were nervous about the mortgage process, but we loved working with the Lisa Wells team! They laid out the steps in the process clearly and thoroughly, answering all questions in a way that was easy to understand. The entire team is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and easy to work with. You can tell that they enjoy what they do and the clients that they work with. As a first time homebuyer with an aggressive closing date, I was expecting to be stressed and overwhelmed throughout the mortgage process. With Lisa and her team, it was all shockingly smooth and clear. I was very happy with the help and guidance provided, the steps they took to ease the process and never making me feel stupid for asking what I imagine were, in fact, stupid questions. Upon reentering the home-owner's crowd, I was nervous about all the changes that had happened since the last time I owned. Enter Lisa and team! Not only did they lay out the entire process in detail before I even got started, they answered questions I didn't even know I had. I've never thought I'd be impressed by a mortgage company but I really was! Part of what helped us get our first house was how fast and efficient the Lisa Wells team was! They helped us close faster than other offers which led the seller to pick us! Love their thoughtfulness even after we closed! So wonderful!
