The freak show guy in his 20s with black hair wearing the clown mascara was the most unwelcoming, rude person I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. I was just asking simple questions and he said things like “I ALREADY TOLD YOU WHAT WE HAVE” and then he yelled at me for accidentally putting my hands on the counter. He also said he personally “would never use any of these vapes” and belittled me for using the very thing he was hired to sell. I pay $35 for vapes here when I could drive 10 minutes towards the cities and get them for $20 but I try to support local business like this one but after today I can’t. After all that I ask him why he was being so rude and he said he was now denying me service and I had to leave. Unreal.

My experience is in person only. Both of the people that work at the shop know what they are doing. They helped me customize a house made flavor that is an exact dupe to one that I used to get in the Hopkins shop (that closed in 2024). They are friendly and quick. Will keep going back for reasonable prices and great staff.

Went in for a disposable pod. A second customer entered for a custom juice order, so we insisted that they should be helped while we decided on which pod to purchase. While the 2nd customer completed his purchase, the counter-person literally told us to QUIET DOWN WHILE HE MADE PROPER CHANGE. Look, I'm sorry (not really) but if you need silence to make proper change at a register, you should NOT be working in retail. Completely put us off from buying anything else, or even coming back to this location. If I could give 0 stars on experience alone, I would.

Was the only place I went tonight that had good customer service the guy was friendly and I got what I needed and he spoke to me and acted like a normal decent merchant. In Minnesota it has become so hard to find anybody who seems to have any customer service at all.

These guys are very knowledgeable on what works for people who have a particular interest. Anxiety CBD questions are answered in various ways. Very professional and pleasant.

Elf Bars are $35 there. Never seen a place charge more than $25. Idk how they get away with inflating prices that much.

Used to be my go-to location, but one of the new kids (moustache) working there is rude and unpersonable. Wants to talk about his active warrant he won't be addressing, and decided to cold shoulder mid conversation un-provoked over fantasy topics. Quality hiring guys.

Well I stopped by at 4:20 on a Saturday afternoon. Supposed to be open, but there is a chicken scratch hand written sign that says “be back in 10 min”. I have been here waiting for 15. Don’t waste your time with this spot

Went in for pods, they gave me the wrong ones even after I contested I was assured they were correct. Had to drive all the way back to exchange them and then again they were the incorrect ones. Mind blown, seems like a simple job. Maybe rather than sitting on the phone talking to others and complaining the one employee that is there should spend time trying to do their job a little bit better.
