Bought a vehicle at the beginning of summer. Was told there were new tires and brakes on the car, and I was given no reason not to trust them at the time. I come to find out (from bringing my car in for an oil change) that the tires were from 2016 and not in fact new, the inner side walls were crumbling from age which was not visible to the eye. In addition, they disclosed that the car I purchased was lowered, but they failed to mention that the vehicle has cut stock suspension springs and caused added stress to the old tires. The cut springs changes the rating of the springs and can create further damage if not addressed. I reached out to the shop and was told the vehicle was sold as is and that I had the option to bring it to my own mechanic to get it checked out even though I was told there were new tires and brakes. After I finally got ahold of cars by creative. They told me the meant they put "new" rims on the car, two of which had curb rash. Either way I was lied to before the purchase, and they refused to take accountability or work with me, and I was ignored after requesting the inspection that they should have on file. They definitely made it clear that they cared about getting the sale and not what happens after. Would agree with the other review - avoid at all costs.

Sold a vehicle with multiple issues that passed their “safety inspection”. Brought it to a local garage (live 2 hours away from dealer) and found other more serious and expensive issues. Contacted dealer and GM if the auto service business to see what my options were, they said it’s “as is” but would help by doing the work at cost on parts. Said send me a quote and I’ll try to figure out a way to get it back there. Called multiple time the days after waiting for the quote, no response and not replying to messages any more. We put $2,400 into the van the following week knowing we need a trustworthy vehicle only to find out the torque converter is bad and there were metal shavings in the transmission. Would not recommend this dealership or the auto service part of the business. Avoid at all cost.

Unfortunately, I've been a customer several times, but the service and quality and value are terrific. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service and fair price that Creative provided me. I had a hit and run on my Audi Q7 and they fixed it perfectly in one day! I referred my dad to him and he was also super pleased with his Buick headlight fix. I'll be going back on my next ding for sure.

This was my first time going to an unfamiliar auto service. I was pleasantly surprised. They repaired my car after someone crashed into me - Auto body work and alignment was done and they did a great job. The turnaround time was quick as well compared to other places. They were also nice and accommodating. I think one thing I would change (constructive criticism is always helpful) would be communication and keeping me up to speed on the status. But I trusted them and they did great. I will go back to them in the future.

The only I gave Creative a 5-star rating is that I couldn't give them a 10! Great employees, quality work, helpful, fast.

My son needed a new car for going to school in Colorado this Fall. I called Tom and he set me up with Donny at the shop. I read all the articles about a shortage of used vehicles, but they had at least 1/2 dozen AWD options in our price range. We test drove them all last week and my son fell in love with this Jeep Liberty. Donny went the extra mile and replaced the front and rear brakes before we picked it up. Thank you for taking care of my family!
