“It was my first time renting from this location and I had a really good experience! Callie was the staff member that helped me with my reservation. I love how she called me the day before my pick up to check in with me and provide helpful information, she also called me after my drop off! She is very friendly, respectful, and has a bubbly personality full of joy; great way to start off my Saturday morning with excellent customer experience! The process was very simple, location was easy to find, and there is customer parking available for you to leave your car there, which is very convenient! I love renting from Enterprise, because you can use a debit card and no credit card is required, which is accommodating to customers! I'd recommend this location. Special thanks to Callie!”

When i returned my rental i asked if there was anyway i could just buy it from them since i fell in love with it. “I’ve been meaning to leave this review for months. Back in April when we had that rain which turned to snow someone ran me off the road and I crashed my car. Troy went above and beyond to get me into a car. I’m a dentist who travels to different offices. He was sooo accommodating for me. Highly recommend!”

“I was unfortunate to be in an accident that caused two claims through my insurance. Because of this unusual situation, I had to rent a car for one month, then return to swap out with a different car for the second month while my car was in the shop. The entire situation was depressing and dire... until I went to pick up my rental car. Lincoln (and his manager, Chris) were AWESOME. After a minor life-changing event like *that*, to get me to laugh and walk / drive away happy? I will never forget the professionalism and kindness they showed me, and I will always refer friends & family, and go to this location for any future rental needs. “First off the customer service was excellent!! We were in and out in no time. They were so friendly, creating a relaxing atmosphere and great conversation. The car was very clean and in great condition. I was given the option to upgrade but did not feel pressured when I declined. All in all, it was one of the best experiences I've had at a car rental company.”

“My husband needed to be picked up at United Hospital. I had not used a cab service for over 30 year so I called prior to my husband being ready to find out if anything changed over the years. The dispatcher was so accommodating and nice. When it was time to call and have him picked up, he had the taxi there immediately. The driver was wonderful. The whole experience was very nice considering the pressure my husband and I were under. Thank you so much!”

“I looked long and hard to find exactly the vehicle I wanted. Jim Brambilla is a great guy and treated me like a friend, not like a customer off the street. He was very accommodating regarding financing and putting everything together to my liking. His price for my vehicle was very fair, and anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle I will definitely have them reach out to this business first! This business has survived many decades because of customer service like Jim delivers.”
