Bank of America is a bank of thieves. Withdrawal your money as soon as possible. They are a modern-day form of the mafia. Take action as soon as possible especially if you are an elderly person. They prey on old citizens. Do not put your money in their banks. Thier stick, con, and the way they steal money from older citizens: they make it impossible to recover money from their bank account if you pass away.
I was the executor of my mother's estate. When she died, they made it impossible to retrieve her funds. I have been trying to get my mother's funds for four years and I have filled out numerous forms and filed affidavits. They still want to me to jump through legal hoops which would require me to hire a lawyer in Chicago. I live in Minnesota.
The cost of the lawyer is greater than the funds I could retrieve. They know this and they keep on stealing money from elderly customers who pass away. I gave up my effort but they keep on sending me monthly statements. This is the worst part of it all, is that they keep on reminding me that they stole money from my mother. I called them on numerous occasions to tell them to stop sending me monthly statements because it reminds me that they are a bunch of thieves. They are bullies. Who wants to live with that? I just want a little peace. They are a corporate mafia. All things considered, do not put your money into a Bank of America account because they are a bunch of thieves.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Michelle at this branch of Bank of America, in Plymouth!!! I am managing my extremely elderly father’s financial situation, as he moves through profound dementia. Michelle has gone WAY above and beyond in her assistance, support, communications, and follow-through. What could have been an extremely stressful situation has been made so much less burdensome, with Michelle’s taking up the heavy lifting on my behalf. THANK YOU SOOO much, Michelle!!!

Reviews almost discouraged me from coming into the branch but I’m glad I gave it a try. Dee helped me get in and out! Will be my go to BOFA branch.

Made an appointment for a notary and was immediately turned away when we got here. Customer service was unprofessional, unhelpful, and unfriendly.

I have to say this establishment already doesn’t have the the highest ratings already but was the closest branch near me and I am truly disappointed. Do save yourself a trip if you do not have an enhanced DL/ID or passport apparently those are the only forms accepted although it was not explained why my standard issued MN state ID was not valid, there is nowhere stating that this is a requirement. Staff is TRASH also!

Worst bank in America. Hidden fees, unhelpful associates, long lines, declined deposits whenever they feel like it. Be smart, go somewhere else.

I am currently standing in line to cash a check. They have about ten employees just standing around doing nothing. So irritating. Like how many bankers does it take to cash a check? Incompetent!

I opened business account in this branch I'm usually not a fan of big banks but I had the best banking experience, opening account was a breeze, very friendly and warm staff branch manager was called in to introduce herself and shake hands?I've saving, checking accounts & credit card with them, their app puts it all in one page & accessCan deposit checks, cash after hours and staff there will always meet you in hallway as you walk in when they're open I never had to wait 1 minute!

Lacking in communication.Showed up for a scheduled meeting and their staff never showed. He (Dylan) never called nor emailed. It has been 1 week and still nothing.Very unprofessional.
