I don’t often leave reviews but I was super impressed with how genuinely kind, informative, and helpful the employees were. I usually run from sale staff but the individuals working at this location were absolutely lovely.

The staff is rude and inflexible. 2 weeks out of return policy for an unworn item with tags attached (still sold on shelves today) would not discuss return options for store credit or exchange . "Strict policy" got it, I'll take my future purchases elsewhere

Sooo pushy. I was there to buy a gift and the associate would NOT leave me alone about getting the credit card or signing up for rewards. She almost forced me to try on clothes for myself, which I did not like or want. So aggravating and I will not be returning.

Automatically felt racially profiled today as soon as I walked into the store. I can clearly see the worker speak into her mic to keep an eye on me as they all aggressively looked into my bag for no apparent reason. I am a big fan of all Athleta products but unfortunately I will not be coming back to this location because of how uncomfortable they made me feel.

This is the second time I have gone to Athleta at this location and have received zero service. No acknowledgment Whatsoever, not even a greeting. Today three other women came into the store and they were offered help even asked about where they were planning to wear their outfits. All the other women were ⚪️ and unfortunately, that’s the only thing I was different. I love the brand and unfortunately will not come back to this location.

My wife loves Athleta and the staff are always so welcoming. Had a very positive experience in this store. We always shop at Mall of America and this store is going to be our go to store from now on.

Lets face it, these clothes aren't cheap. But you get real, thoughtfully designed items that truly flatter, and you can wash them and put them in the dryer and they come out just perfect and last and last.

What a let down!! 1) Was so irritating to get to the register only to be told that my purchase wouldn’t be on sale because it did not include “all” camo print items. Pardon me for misinterpreting the “30% off camo” sign literally RIGHT next to the pants I wanted!! So misleading (see image). And no understanding or apology from the sales person after waiting in the checkout line. 2) Please please someone tell Athleta corporate to stock more M & L styles. It’s great to expand sizes to include more body types, but nearly every pant search ended with only XS, S, 2xL. This has been my consistent experience on my past 3 visits. I’m giving up and just starting at Lululemon next time.

I love Athleta as I have purchased many products throughout the years, but at this particular location the staff has not offered assistance the few times that I have been into the store. Overall I wish I could give this store a good review but I am very disappointed.

Staff should be able to look up the points for the client so that they can use their points. They are unable to look it up unable to look up your account or do anything. They are rude and unhelpful you would think that they would want to help move the product. I have been to this location three times. Once for a return and that was a bad experience and another time I was going to purchase something else and did not, this time it was a gift so it was just all about A BAD experienceS 3 times in a ROW. DO GO TO RIDGEDALE ATHLETA!

I buy pants from Athleta because of a huge reason. I am short!!! I can get my cute pants and leggings here and they hem them at no charge. For me that is a huge cost and time savings. Plus, all the staff here are really nice and make helpful suggestions on the product. Love it!
