He answered all of my questions and settled me into the US Bank app. He taught me how to get help through the US Bank app, and he gave us his card in case we had any future issues. It was very reliable and quick service and I appreciate the help that I received.”

The easiest and the most fun i had in a bank. And that is every time i visit. “I have been using Luminate Bank for about two years now for all of my banking. After a big bank allowed a thief to take over $12K from our accounts for over 30 days and never getting any interest we knew it was time to move. Luminate has been fantastic, any questions I’ve had are quickly answered and they are extremely friendly whenever I’ve went in. Their rates are phenomenal and would recommend to anyone. It isn’t the most fun to move banks but well worth it.”
