We've been taking our 30 lb goldendoodle to Adogo for about 6 months now for daycare. He recently was kicked out for at least 6 months due to getting fixated on other dogs, I.e humping. It's interesting how other daycare facilities we take him to have told us he's a humper, but it's no problem because it's common and these other daycares actually know how to manage it normal dog behaviors. Not to mention, the same day he got kicked out, he also came home with terrible kennel cough!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for the double whammy to the gut, Adogo.

Do not bring your dog here. It is a members only club. My dog is traumatized from being there. I have had to do a ton of retraining after being there one day. Do not bring your dog here. EVER!!! I wish I could give zero stars. Their staff was not at the front desk when I picked my dog up. I had to wait 25 minutes for anyone to come to the reception stand.

Took my dog there for the first time about a week ago for an "evaluation". Front staff very friendly and the place seemed very clean My circumstances that day were such that I could watch the indoor webcam frequently. Room size/play area was good. My dog was with about 10 others and she did just fine. There was only one attendant in the room and I never saw them touch my dog once. Never saw her go outside to go potty. When I picked her up, after having been there about 5 hours - the first thing that she did, 2 feet out the door, was take a really long pee. Not sure how much attention she got there. Didn't seem like much, if any. Probably won't go back.

Very disappointed in this visit. It was obvious our dog got very little care. All of the treats and toys I packed were ignored and they complained about his energetic behavior (he’s still a puppy). I didn’t realize Adogo only wanted dogs who don’t have energy to burn off. Will be going elsewhere from here on out.

I was looking for a backup dog-hotel, as our usual dog “resort” was booked up. Adogo came up at conversions, and being the closest in EP, I wanted to give it a try.If I could, I would give this location a zero! The management rejected my dog at met and greet on account that he is shy, and sweet. I was given various explanations, conflicting answers, and lies on my dog’s behavior (being anxious in a new environment , yes show me a dog that is acting calm in a new environment …) and was told that besides they do not even have space, which was the main reason why I left him there for three hours to begin with. Lies…They clearly do not know a lot about dogs as they claim! If you would want to board your precious sidekick somewhere, please look at other facilities, anywhere else is better, just believe me on this one!

Staff was not very warm towards my dogs or me, they offered confusing policy explanations for why they asked me not to come back for at least six months. Offered poor alternate suggestions. Felt as if they just didn’t like my dogs. Very awkward and confusing conversations. This place was a little pricey but great a number of years back. Too bad it has changed so much.

Our little dog loves to spend the day at Adogo Minnetonka!! She’s tired when she gets home from her big day of fun ! Taking a nap ?

First time for my 2 nine month old golden doodles. They did great. Apparently not fond of going in their kennels. I forgot to ask how long they got to play with other dogs and how that went. They play pretty hard with each other. I will definitely be back!

I used to use Adogo in Minnetonka until COVID hit, my dachshund died, and I stopped going anywhere. However. I returned to boarding my pups and using doggy day care last year (2022) and my new dachshund puppy LOVES it. My chihuahua always has loved it but now all I have to do is whisper "doggy day care" and they run around all excited! My only gripe is that the groomers are so busy I can rarely get a dog bathed at the end of a stay, but that's not a big deal. I like being able to watch them on the webcams, but if they're outside there's no camera. The staff are all knowledgeable and fun. The owner, John, has gone out of his way over the years to make sure I know my dogs are doing well!! He even texted me a picture a few years ago when I was unhappy my dogs were never on camera during a ten-day trip to Florida! What a gem.

We love this pet hotel…we know our dog is being taken care of so we don’t have to worry about him when we are on vacation. The staff is very friendly and care about the animals. The cameras are nice to have so we can check in on our dog. I love that each dog gets their own room and they are not put in a crate.

Our dog has been there many times and the experience for our dog as well as us has been very good. One of the great features is to watch him with cam viewing they have to be able to see you pet at anytime during their stay at ADOGO.
