I do not feel that I should be discriminated for an ex-boyfriend who use my account without my permission to make three transactions to get gas in one day. I tried to renew my service and was informed of this information and denied permanently for someone elses claims. I was advised we had 4 claims each in 1 year Not 4 claims total for 1year period of time. I was not advised of this when I signed up for the service. I also was advised if you use the four services that you are allowed in one year you will be cancelled and never be able to use their service again. I was told 4 each .I feel that you and everyone else should know what very poor service they provide and do not advise you of these repercussions or false mis representations . I feel these matters should be advised to ************** before deciding to do the business with these companies. I feel very misinformed and discriminated of Aaas very poor business practices. Especially when I was unaware this even happened. I even advised them he no longer lived here, and I know longer spoke with him and they still do not care. What would be fair is to discontinue service with the person who did too many claims and not cancel someone for four Claims when it was supposed to be 8 claims 4 each every year? I should also be given the choice who I want to do business & given the true facts of how they do business before I make my business choice. In my area I only have 1 other provider that I am aware of that provides this service. ****************** 1-12-24

We just did a walk in (didn’t schedule an appointment) for International Driving Permits and the process was easy and quick! They took our photos and Driver’s Licenses with our applications and was finished in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend this location to anyone.

AAA states they are a full travel agent. I booked an appt. with the Minnetonka office located 11210 Wayzata Blvd. Suite D. Minnetonka, MN 55305. My appointment was with Sherri. I requested help with planning a trip in London and Iceland. Since I booked my own cruise, I was told that they do not work on partial trips. What?? I still needed help with hotel, transportation, sightseeing etc. I guess if they can't book all of it, and make the maximum commission they don't want to help. Does not matter if you have been a member for 5 plus years. Do not care about repeat customers. This is not the first time I had been refused help. The other time I wanted help with planning a Route 66 road trip ( isn't this type of trip AAA was based on???). I was told they don't do the Route 66 but could do individual states. I also had issues with the Road Service plan. I'm thinking what good is this membership and will not be renewing. If its discounts you are looking for, find them elsewhere . AARP, Senior etc.

Awful service, purchased a suitcase and transaction went through. Just to be told I couldn’t take the purchased suitcase home with me and that I should leave my name and number so that when it went through on there end I could come back and pick up my suitcase.

You can book DMV appointments online but there are different wait times for every service. 2 months wait for drivers license but 1 day for anything else.

It’s is 530AM on a Saturday morning. My fathers motorhome broke down at 415PM on Friday and he called AAA at 430PM to request a tow. It’s been 13 hours and the vehicle still hasn’t been towed. We are in a metro area and mg father was taking it to gas up before they head out on Sunday for a road trip. 13 HOURS AND THEY STILL HAVEN’T SHOWED UP!
