Just got done buying a used Jeep from Chris and the crew at 411carline. I have to say, the experience could not have been better. They priced the car very fairy, and when I told Chris I was shopping around he even gave me other places to check out. He never made me feel pressured, or tried to “sell” me on moving forward. When we agreed to a price, he accommodated us beyond expectation by finding little items that needed repairing and doing them for us without our asking. Never asked us to cover the cost, just wanted to make sure it was a good vehicle. Chris puts a lot of work into the vehicles he sells to make sure they’re top notch, and we felt great about what we got. I will definitely be back.

Chris was very professional. Bought a used 4 Runner and it was everything they described it as in the details and had a very thorough video. It was super clean and detailed and drove like it did new. I drove five hours to pick it up and didn’t disappoint at all.

Nice family owned business, I purchased a vehicle out of state (IL) and when they listed it for sale they had everything I was looking for in terms of information carfax, service history, lots and lots of pictures. They even posted a youtube video showcasing the vehicle and I very much appreciate them taking the time to show the undercarriage which was perfect for what I was looking for. Living in a “rust belt” state I wanted a vehicle that was in clean condition inside and out and this vehicle checked all the boxes for me, on top of that friendly staff and they helped me in the end with getting the vehicle shipped for me. So 1st off I'm being real picky here. I had a great experience. The car was everything they said, I bought it sight unseen and had it shipped to my mechanic. Overall the car was in good repair for being 21 years old (Some of which they did w/receipts). The photos/video was very helpful in my purchase. They were easy to work with and never pushy. What I would've liked to seen done better; The paint chips on the hood were filled in a completely different shade of orange (said they would be fixed, not quite my idea of fixed). The front bumper had some damage where it attached on the passengers side which wasn't disclosed (this could've been missed). Again I am being picky, dealing with 411 seemed to be some of the most honest car dealers I've dealt with. I would buy from them again.
