We have had our family income taxes prepared here several times. Each time they were thorough, direct and helpful. Before you come, get a list of the documents you need. Coming to your meeting with all or most of your documents in order will speed the process. They have a list of what you should bring online, or you can find a list via google for "documents I need for tax preparation." You get a folder w your documents and your submitted tax forms upon completion. Cost is reasonable for the time this saves in completing annual tax forms. Especially considering all the changes in federal taxes this year!
