February 27th 2024 the cashier (lady) at the first register on the right when walking in & security guard around 4:15pm need more customer service skills. Both were to rude I was at her counter and gotten ignored, I literally got back in line and waiting for other register. The person infront of me didnt want go to her counter I felt unwelcome and threatened by security. He was watching me like I have stolen something I havent barely walked in the store. So sad to say a review about that experience, I love this place always have nice deals and usually friendly people. But not that day people should leave there problems at home.

Okay so they have a huge selection and this was my top place to go if i needed wine. They had two staff members that were super nice and helpful. An african american gentleman with long locks and A bald white man with a beard. they were what made me choose this place. they were funny and chill.
now idk where this other person came from, but there’s a lanky white dude with glasses that is outright rude. i’ve ran into him twice now and each time was unpleasant. EXTREMELY unpleasant. he’s rude, doesn’t seem to notice the tone he’s speaking in, and acts uppity/superior to you.
I believe in treating people with kindness and he is the reason I no longer go here and told my neighbors to also stop going there. Honestly, take your business elsewhere.
