My brother died in his sleep while he was living here. We went to the front desk to talk about when we could get his stuff removed. The man in the office (Brandon) is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate people I've ever met. The first thing he said to my mother was that my brother still owed rent. So we paid that. After that he said he won't be able to refund the damage deposit, because they'll need to hire a biohazard clean up crew. Mind you, he had not even been up to the apartment yet. He had no idea what the state the apartment was in. Speaking of that, the place is a dump. There's popcorn ceiling hanging down in huge 3 foot by 3 foot patches. The cheap laminate floor is peeling up in places, and on top of all that, there were roaches. He told me he's been complaining about roaches for over 4 months, and all they did was give him a couple roach motels, instead of spraying and treating like a normal, clean apartment building would do.
Once I get back in his apartment I will take pictures to prove how nasty this place is. Still not as nasty as Brandon though.
Also, all these positive reviews are clearly fake. Look how they all mention Brandon by name. Trust me, he is a terrible person and this is a terrible apartment building.
Save yourself the hassle, don't live here.

I love ❤️ living here at Woodhaven, I have lived here for 4 years, and it is a great place to live!!
I have had No problems with my apartment and when I did they came out with and fixed the problem, and when the fire ? happened in 2023 I was living in apartment 259 where the fire happened, they didn’t hesitate to get me in another apartment and now I live in apartment 227 the company was great to me
On getting into a new apartment and making my transition to a new apartment very easy!!❤️

I’m certain all the positive reviews were written by staff- notice how they all shout out Brandon who is, not by coincidence, the only staff member left- I received the attached email weeks before I moved out.
Unresponsive management, pool closed up until August (the last month of my lease), parking lot full of broken glass and trash, hallways and common areas littered, constant water and gas shutoffs for maintenance with short notice, never quiet as it’s located between busy Lyndale Ave and a concrete plant (begins operations around 6am and goes well after dark) and the airport, random horrible smells in the halls and stairwells, laundry is $4-5 per load, high rent (I paid $1080 for a one bedroom) for a bad location with no utilities included, trash chutes constantly full and smell like hell, package lockers which are rarely used and packages are left outside or at random locations around the building. One star for maintenance who was always prompt, communicative, and polite, giving plenty of notice before they came by. Had a horrific experience living here and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

My apartment is full of cameras and microphones. I know they are in the outlets and bathroom fan and the AC that I keep asking to be fixed. I know management is collaborating with law enforcement to spy on innocent American citizens. This is an egregious breach of consent and all human decency.
