Worst customer service ever! (Besides Google). I have been on hold for the pharmacy since 2 pm and still "more than 3 callers ahead of you" since 2. How many more hours will I have to wait?

'0' stars for the absolute worst / biggest pain-in-the-ass pharmacy with long lines, inconsistent staff, whether drive-thru or in-store.

Prescription filling is miserable. Either stand in line 45 min or wait in drive thru 40-60 minutes. Often times prescription not available EVEN after receiving notice prescription is ready. I realize, clearly, they have employee shortages, but I believe worse here than others.
